To be fair though, say if you had 5 inch flaccid and could do it, having 3 flaccid only requires you to get your legs 2 inches closer, which at the end of the day - is achievable.
 
to those who cant do it try this: sitting down put ur feet together so the bottom of both feet are facing each other. Now, without moving ur legs take ur hands and put them behind ur body and push/bounce urself closer to ur feet. thats how i got myself to reach. Give it a try ! sorry if i couldnt explain it better
 
ok, this seems difficult, you are sopposed to be massaging and forcing blood into the penis while in the stretch. Whats a little confusing is the glans of the penis is being squished hard in order to maintain a good grip with the heels of your feet which is not allowing blood to fully engorge the penis. Can someone help me out? DLD?

I think when talking about results, you need to consider what your working with. DLD has what, a 10.5+ incher? Gaining an inch is less than a 10% gain for him(9.9+%). For someone more normal, say 6 inch, a 1 inch gain would be an enormous 16.6% gain. That 6-7% difference is huge! If the roles were reversed and DLD got a 16.6% gain, that would be a 1.7 inch gain! (How sweet would that be)

So is it possible he gained an inch overnight? Sure, anything's possible. But take the percentages of what you're working with into account for your own results and I think it become more realistic.

I'm willing to give anyone the benefit of the doubt when they feel they've made an amazing acheivement. But picture proof would be nice!

Once I'm done with FR, I'm definitely going to give this a try.

This logic is faulty. If it were true, then if DLD did the same exact workout as his 6" couterpart, applying the same intensity, DLD would gain 1.7" and his 6" counterpart would gain 1". This is obviously not true, especially given DLD's advanced Penis Enlargement status.

And the post before that one...or the one that mentioned that anything is possible.... :s I realize that is merely an expression, but no "anything" is not possible. Can I evaporate right now if I believe hard enough? No. Can I suddenly jump off a building and flap my arms and start to fly? No, not even if I believe in myself. There are limitations to everything. If DLD meant that the "gain" was a post workout FSL measurement that he experienced after he did his Hydro-Plyometric Blasters then he should have mentioned it. The way the thread is constructed is misleading about the possible gains, mentions a product that assists with said exercise available for purchase through his Alpha Blade project, and lacks any visually verifiable proof. I don't care what he's selling or if the product works or if the exercise works. I just found the whole thread to be dangerously close to the penis pills advertisements that DLD has exposed and demonized. On one hand, which most of the VETS will see more than the other hand, DLD is giving us information on something he could just as easily sell to us. On the other hand to the newbies, it could look like he's giving them a taste of what he's trying to sell them marketed in an exaggerated way. "1 inch gain overnight!?!?!?" sounds a bit like "We reccomend you stop after you reach 9 inches, but HEY IT'S YOUR NEW MASSIVE Penis EnlargementNIS! STOP WHEN YOU LIKE!" particularly when the suggestion is accompanied by product placement. Hell, I'm just pointing out a bit of an oddity/rarity with DLD or at least just something I found to have been observing as of late. I'll probably buy the damn product he's selling for what's it worth. Just know I'm not a hater. I am just an intelligent fuck that doesn't let things go that irk me as strange or a tad shady. I'll let it go now. Nothing more needs to be said on my part. I just wanted to make sure everyone heard my opinion on this thread/ my observation.
 
Sounds like a great exercise to me. Granted not many of us can currently use our feet to stretch our penis. However, you CAN use your hands to grab your penis, and then use your feet against your wrists/hands for additional force/leverage. Most of us are flexible enough to do that. ;)

I havent read most of this thread but i can do it but cant really keep a good grip and cant help from stretching the skin im sorry but i dont think the feet were made for stretching things.

if this is a really good exercise DLD you should post a demo of it so we can see or even an illustrated pic or something.
 
I think that gripping is the most difficult part of any manual exercise. The gripping method involved with this exercise seems a lot more difficult than most but I think once you have it you should be able to stretch really hard. This is definately something that I will work on.

It would also be great to use all 4 of your limbs at the same time, to stretch your penis. Think about it, usually we use one arm. Which alone is not as strong as a leg. Sometimes we can use two arms if we get the grip right. But still it's nothing on using both legs. Or even both legs and arms. I think that this exercise, if done (learned) properly will revolutionise manual stretching.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to this thread but as you know I have been very busy. The missing component from this exercise is a pair of gloves that ALPHA BLADE is developping now. I have used the proto type for a while now and the results are insane, IN-FUCKING-SANE! Learn this exercise, do it daily, practice it and master it.

The gloves will be for sale (I can hear the haters now) but with everything I sell, there will be a version you can make at home. I would rather you give to MOS so we can further our work but if you can't you know I got your back.
 
Holy crap! I just tried this exercise (not the official in the tub one) after a serious workout so I was good and warmed up and all I can say is WOW! Normally after my jelq/girth routine I dont really feel much with my length workout (have to do it in this order though otherwise I get too damn hard to focus on length if He's not all tired out >:( ), but these puppys give a serious pull. Then my dumb feet lost their grip- must be even harder to hold in the tub. None the less I will be trying these out again.

Good work Mike and BTW the alphablade.com teaser site looks sharp :cool:
