but really my question was what degree of erection should I have doing this. everywhere ive read states 90-100%, but that does not bend. there needs to be a good deal of folding in the shaft correct?

I would stay below a maximum erection level, maybe 90% You want a decent enough erection to get good expansion but you also need some flexibility too.

I superset these with Jelq and and this stretches the tunica and frenelum area very well for length gains

Are the bends just like a ssj?

Haha yah I think pretty much. I was trying to do ssj but I'm still a retard about it so I was just bending my dick and moving it in a circular motion while squashing the tissue. So I was doing this move before I read about it here just earlier today

Wow imagine doing these or SSJs clamped! Maybe I will try in a few more months.

I do these clamped occasionally. If I do it more frequently I would get skin tears because I'm cut, which actually hinders my PE gains. If I had more shaft skin I could do these all the time.

Luckily i have never gotten skin tears from them. just lil tiny blood blisters on occasion and a cool pack get rid of the quick for me

You can stretch the shaft skin by doing erect loose jelqs where you are gripping lightly so the skin slides up over you head, brings as much skin as you can and hold and stretch the position and the skin will stretch fairly quickly.

You're saying i'll gain an inch of shaft skin in a month or so by following this? My next step after researching this forum is the FR forum because I would like to regain what was taken from me

No, but I am saying it will allow for more skin, how much depends on how much time and effort you put into it.

what i have read about skin stretching is it is pretty easy. MUCH MUCH faster getting results stretching the skin than the cock.

You are right, stretching the skin is very easy to do and in some cases necessary before gains can be made. In most cases, when PE is started, the first place that will gain is the skin stretch and then after enough room is made tissue fills the space.

Another BUMP for this! This exercise I have to admit is my favorite! Some people say SSJ's are what they gain from, others say clamping, I say Erect Bends... Great exercise and surprisingly I do not see it in anyone's routine (and I've read a lot of people's routines around the forum). Give this a try!

A SSJ can be flipped into a bend very easily when erection begins to subside a bit because a SSJ is (here I've to contradict dmoney) precisely not a slow jelq. A classic jelq is a movement up the shaft (slower or faster) while the SSJ per se doesn't incorporate any dynamic effort (besides moving the blood around a bit which you do by bending the penis>there we are at the DLD bend) I don't see a big difference between the two and regularly combine them in one rep>Phase 1: SSJ with 100% erection, i.e. just applying pressure from the top with the heel of my second hand while the first constricts at the base or near it (pressure can be increased by moving up an 1" or so, but still: this isn't a normal jeql since the movement upwards is done pre-rep, so to say and serves the only purpose to get into your default SSJ position) and then Phase 2: once erection goes down to 80 or 90% I'll start bending my dick with the upper hand and eventually do rotating motions and/or bendd it just in one direction isometrically).
