Oh, and when I do them, I don't grab the glans, I keep one hand stabilized around the base and use the other hand to roll the shaft in a slinky type motion. It allows for better concentration and a more even distribution.
 
DS, great suggestions. It would make sense to go more gradually through the week to ensure keeping things injury-free.

I noticed that DLD described what you say above,....but I just don't understand what is meant.

And I'm a bit embarassed to admit,..but I've read people describe of a rolling motion,..but I just don't get it.
If you're bending it,..aren't you already sort of rolling it?

I can only visualise a way of rolling it, like I was holding it between both flat palms, and rolling it back and forth as though it was a piece of dough, and You're holding it at the base with one hand, so I don't understand how you roll it.

Does it mean the same as twisting it, with your free hand?

By the rolling or slinky motion, it is referring to the motion of the area where the bend is applied. So picture it like this:

Start a bend above your hand that is around the base. You will notice that the penis is very wide where the bend is applied. In essence, you want to "roll" this bend up the shaft as far as you can (and back down again if you're so inclined). This is accomplished by moving the hand that is close to the glans in various ways. You will see the bend propagate up and down the shaft, kind of like rolling water or the like.

I hope this clarifies it somewhat for you.

This is when I want to give access to the members section of MOS the most...Video and sound bites help so much in understanding the complexities of more advanced penis enlargement. The rolling motion is so difficult to put into words. The clearest way to describe this in text is the way D_S did.
 
Imagine you are holding a garden-hose at one end. The rest is lying on the ground. Now imagine "whipping" the hose, sending a hump "rolling" down the length of it. Can you visualize that? Of course, you wouldn't be whipping anything like that. You're sort of bending, then "pushing" that bent section down the length of your dick. You can't be too hard or you won't bend shit. It really helps to see it.

Thanks everyone,..it makes a lot more sense to me now that I can visualise it.

So see if I've got it right.

When bent,..I would actually move the penis with my bending hand slightly toward my body (more stress at the base of the penis),...then slightly away from my body (more stress on the penis nearer the head).

Does that sound about right?

I think I probably will join the site sometime in the future,..but I don't have a credit card right now.
But I still learn useful things from the free section.

Reading back over this exercise its the same as the ''U'' bends I was doing a few years ago. DLD had this out way before me and I remember them being called Horseshoe's because of the horseshoe shape you make which is a 'U' shape. THEY WORK and are very intense. I have been doing these clamped for several years in my routine's on and off. I always saw them more as a length exercise when you stretch but sure enough they would product girth because your expanding the penis inside. My method is slightly different as its done clamped most of the time and you pull the penis over your wrist and down to make the horseshoe shape. Great stuff.

This is one of my favorite exercises. It feel incredible and you can feel the breakdown in the chambers as you roll.
 
I must ask that anyone who achieved a wider measurement from this exercise tell me just how erect to be when performing it. It says 90, but at 90 percent very little bending can occur, and it seems like less widening would result. I have been doing these for a couple days, 5 minutes of rolling down the shaft at the end of a routine. Is this good?

I gained 1/4" in width using DLD Bends.
 
this a nice exercise I done in the past. Might throw it in my clamping experiment...
