There are many portions to the SRT routine which deal with both length and girth but I’m often asked for a good girth exclusive SRT work out. So here is a SRT exclusive girth routine.

5 Minutes of Bundled Stretches using the Lengthmaster or your hand. This is meant to pre-stretch their extremely dense to make a tissue. Only 5% of elasticity it’s difficult to stretch the Bundled Stretches make it much easier to prestretch before training so you prepare the Tunica for the girth session. Once you have stretch to Tunica it is permanent due to the lack of elasticity.

5 minutes SlowSquashJelq
5 minutes MityVac

5 minutes MityVac

5 minutes MityVac

Depth and Width training
5 minutes Compression Squeezes
5 minutes DLD Bends

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
DO NOT SKIP THIS...This may be the most important part of your workout.
This routine can be done on your morning drive, in class, in bed, pretty much anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of the Matters of Size program. In later phases of your program a mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains.

Testicle Health
Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

Apply SiliRing to keep post pump size as long as possible.

Hi, this really speaks to me! I've been training for a year (6 months coaching) with decent length gains and zero girth.
If i'm wearing the sleeve for pumping, do it take it off for SSJ?

Yes you take them off if you’re doing a SSJ. Do you want as much expansion as possible between your hands and a sleeve would interrupt that. But you’re picking a very good routine.

Mityvac is arriving this week. I've been using bathmate (max pressure) for many months now, what is your recommendation for pressure in this routine and increases in pressure over time? one last thing; is wet or dry most effective?

they can be used wet or dry and as far as how much pressure you should use most people go with 10hg. You can use it in the 5×5×3 methodology just like you do with the bathmate. In the 5×5×3 it’s very safe to go full pressure for five minutes as long as you get the SSJ in after every five minutes.

I am confused. Should we wear the cockring more than 1 hour @DLD yes or no? Does it matter? I just need a specific answer on this thanks
 
Wear it after your girth session. For an hour or 2, and at that point take it off. Do some basic jelqing and put it back on for another hour or two

Yesterday I wear it for 1 hour and a half and at the time I took the ring out my penis was purple. No joke - purple. After I removed the ring everything was back to normal. Should I be afraid of something like this? Is this a sign that "I must stop" ? Or I should just do some jelqing and re-use it

It's a normal sign. Discoloration is a part of PE. Keep doing your routine.

I am doing 5 x 5 x 3 with 12hg mityvac because I always go in 80% erect due to psychological issues. If am not that erect shall I go for 15hg ? I AK doing 5-6 mins of SSJ although I do not know if I am doing it the right way (any good video)

That's normal , and you don't need to worry about it as long as you do not go past two hours
