About gripping behind balls, yes there is a reason for this. You can grip the internal penis easier by doing this. It's like expressive stretching but even better, you actually pull even more close to your internal penis which promotes even better internal gain.

I understand but this will not happen as long as Kegels are done religiously. I have gained 4+ inches in length and 2+ inches of girth and my penis still point up at 11:00.

I have an interesting thought. Let's see if someone has an answer.

Okey so the internal penis is usually bigger and this could lead to base gains etc if you pull it out. But what if you have been doing tunica exercises & jelqing and only been focusing on lengthening the chambers and what you have outside of the body. And after years of work you suddenly start with internal/expressive stretching and you pull out a thinner penis/base. Wtf?

This made me think a lot about stuffs.

It could, you never know. Even if you did pull out inner penis that was skinnier, you can enlarge the girth.
 
Put more effort into doing your exercises rather thinking about them, and you'll not catch your unevenness' fixing itself over time, so will never have to worry about these things

Yup.

Even if base girth becomes thinner once exposed it is so easy to fix through heavy downward work.

At one point there would be no more available inner penis to stretch. There needs to be a certain length of interior penis to facilitate body movement, if all inner penis was outward you would have a hard time sitting :) So there will be a limit to this but a good 2-3 inches is completely doable.
