Hello! As some of you maybe already know i have quit doing stretches that pulls on the scrotal & pubic area since it moves & changes appearance a lot on other aspects than the penis itself.
I think this is due to increased ligament gains which lowers my exit point perhaps. I use a hand to hold back my scrotal and pubic skin when i stretch now and mostly focus on the tunica.

What i wonder is if "Internal Stretches" also focus on the ligaments and lowers the exit point and add as i call it "ugly appearance"? Or is there a difference between regular ligament increases than internal increases where you focus on pulling out your inner penis?

The Internal Stretch is a stretch where you grip behind the balls to grip your inner penis behind the balls and stretch it. This targets the inside penis that is hidden inside our body. I know this exercise work really good for me
to gain length, but i just want to know if it differs from ligament gains, as i don't want to add ugly appearances on my penis as i said before.

That your exit point will seem to be displaced doesn't need to be so, you can continue to express cock until it matches suspensor ligs stretch. Be careful when doing the low grip stretch because you are probably gonna distend some skin, but if you have a really good grip you should be able to express lots of cock without too much skin
 
Thank you! I also wonder.. How much potential inches can you gain from expressive stretches? How much should i take from this type of stretch, i don't want my erection angle to suck later on. I mean, if you put out more inner penis perhaps the penis will not be strong enough to point upward anymore (Hold it's weight).

Also, the penis i pull out from inside, what type of skin can i expect this new penis to be covered of? I have recognized new skin on my penis, that is thicker and consists of hair (on the base). Could i exchange this skin with regular skin by doing Testicle Health Massage and stretch my regular skin?

You can expect at least a half inch in the near future I think. You erection should be very strong in order to keep your gains anyway so do lots of kegels, maybe towel lifts. Keep doing the testicle stretches mike told you to fix the skin problem
 
Any gains you make will displace skin. I think your going to be constantly chasing the rabbit here. Your being very single minded. I would continue to do the stretches as you are and make slight adjustments to keep the skin where you want it.

You can have 4-8 inches of internal penis is close to what DLD said. Now if you remeber the resemblance to a draw bridge I gave you before, then consider it again. If you pull out the inner penis without elongating the ligs, your penis will extend up as the ligs stay short, bringing your erect penis closer and closer to your stomach. It works the opposite way as well. So unless you wanna shoot yourself in the face every time you cum, consider your options.

Now, if your EQ can't match the amount of blood your penis needs, it'll stay soft, you can see it in ���� stars, especially the ones who get surgery done, how it's long but bends and still flops around. Their bodies weren't ready and not properly trained.

Your worried about the aesthetics and that is gonna keep eating away at you. You can make your penis look however you want after you gained. If you try to fix the look each time you gain, your in for a very long, arduous and frivolous journey. I think you'll stop before you get to where you want. Get to your goal size and then fix the aesthetics. It's far easier.
 
Sounds freakin' good runningignus. Maybe i should change my approach and fix the skin problems later and just go with it. I know i have really good length potential and i gain really fast in length in my opinion, but i did hold it back now for 2 months since i was afraid to make my penis look odd. I think there was a study where a good looking penis is something that really turn girls on, it was high up the rank, maybe it was rank 1, even before size. So if it looks proportionate and nice is more important than you think.

Imagine if we could acess it all. How much do you think is realistic to acess in long term ?

good question i have D as a reference most of the time, he started whit 6.5 inches n 6 months later he was 8+ the next two inches took him years to gain them,i asked him that questioon a while ago n told me there is a wAy a to know hope im not wrong,its grabbing where the scrotum ends moving the hand down, n you can feel that thick "canal" thats maybe like 3 iNches long or something maybe more.

Im not sure how many inches we have hidden there but if we have 5+ thats amazing...getting them thats the interesting part :cool:

I'm definitely glad you understand. I am very tedious but I've calmed down so that I can gain, knowing full well that once at my goal, I'll be "pretty-fying" my penis. So we'll be in the same boat.

On the other hand my thought is: If you dig that lets say 3inches of your inner penis out and gain 3+ inches over the years like this, wont that stuff be missing from there ?
I mean it has to have some kind of purpose in there lol

I heard it's purpose is to be like a support for the outer penis, so the erection angle can stay high, so it doesn't just drop to the floor. It basically holds the penis up, or else the erection would point down.

Anyone got something on this?

Reality is what you make it. Doing expressive stretches bring it out along with doing erect stretches. That's how the BPFSL and BPEL match each other. Your pulling out the inner penis. You can hang over the shoulder which hits the tunica but in my mind, it also pulls out the inner penis as well. It does not get held back by the ligs. The problem is, if you don't exhaust the ligs like with SD hanging, you don't get the full benefit. I believe in doing SD sets followed by over the shoulder hanging. Like DLD says, hit every angle to get the most gains. Along with side to side stretches. The feeling is ecstatic to say the least.
Try setting up your hanger on a door knob or at waist height, then lean back. You just turn your body side to side and feel the base and inner penis getting tugged. So good. Then bow as if meeting an emperor to feel the deep pull. It gives you the ability to feel where the pull is and where you can gain by bringing out inner penis.
So if you have the time and strength, you can get longer than DLD. He stopped because he was fine and only gains when trying new techniques for safety reasons. I mean such a high number of these monster dicks just point down (always thought they were too heavy?)

Yup. Surgery, weak pelvic for muscles, wrong execution of techniques. Proper instruction and technique will keep you hard and strong. But the question is.. Can you pull out the inner penis so much that PC muscles can't save you and you will be stuck with a hanging long penis forever? Or even worse, if you started short, a average penis just hanging down forever.

No, pulling internal penis or Expressive Stretching will not effect the pelvic floor muscles. I did see in your first post that you are gripping behind the balls, is there a reason for this?
