In the long run the type of juice wouldnt really matter, as long as you take in sufficient amount of carbs, and that they are high glycemic, and quick digesting (grape juice just happens to fit those criteria nicely).Originally posted by Scrub Ducky
Well I got a big tub of creatine and whey protein.Now can I take the creatine with cranberry juice instead of grape juice?
