Hardcore Bathmate Stretches...Using the Suction
I am sure many of you have been trying the Bathmate for stretching but I thought it wise to have a thread dedicated to this type of stretching, how it works and a routine that can be done using the Bathmate as the primary source of stretching. When you have reached a high point of suction in teh Bathmate chamber it becomes easy to see that the penis can be stretched in a way that would be very difficult using your hands. SInce you will not be gripping your penis you will not have any issues with slippage. It is also important to know that the stretching will be predominately at the base and deeper into the ligaments so expect fatigue very different than what you may be used to.

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.
Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).
Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

You could opt to go into DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters right after this session if that is convenient for you.

Can anyone post it somewhere else as flip4mac isn't working with this video for me. Its WMV and i'm on a Mac. I'd really like to see this video.

Flip4mac is crap. Download VLC Media Player. It worked for me.
 
Will doing ONLY this routine with the Bathmate work for me?

I don't want to use a penis extender and don't have time to do jelqs.

Basically all I have time for is the 20 minutes in the shower with the Bathmate. Couple with these hardcore stretches, will I get any decent results?

Erm, you'd get some results, you'd probably get better results doing that than 20 minutes manual.

I tried them once and felt pretty good. But I was afraid of tearing the glued base piece off.
It should be ok if I hold the ring just like you.
 
I have been having problems with these because when I would pull on it it would lose suction. I never thought of holding the ring (I feel dumb now haha)

Can i ask, if i hold it on the 3rd ring...i really cant seem to feel my penis full even if pulling very hard....however if i hold as close to the base as i can....then it stretches more....do other people find this?

If wanting to add hardcore stretches to my routine...would i be best of doing them everymorning, then continue doing my normal manual routine on the evening?

Yes, these are extremely powerful and smart! There is inches of internal penis just waiting to be released, accessing it through shaft stretching is very difficult as the intensity of the stretch diminishes as it radiates downward. In order to grab this internal penis and pull it out one needs to expose it. Using the PowerAssist or the LengthMaster this exposure happens when the loop of the device is firmly pressed against the base of the penis, with this move alone internal penis becomes exposed allowing the user to stretch it. Using a lower grip, as Stillwantmore advises, will also help with intensity and deliver more intensity to the base of the penis and the internal penis within. The Bathmate plays a similar role using a ingenious method. Once the Bathmate is firmly attached the user is free to literally pull the penis, from the body, and stretch it, using multi-angles, by simply pulling the Bathmate away from the body! After one session it is obvious that what I am saying is true.

This is only half the battle as you have expose new penis from your body you will need to do shaft stretching to maximize these gains. The DLD Total Workout (which uses this logic) maximizes every moment of training and utilizes multiple methods for exercise to effect the internal penis and the exposed penis. As the penis exposes new penis you will be stretching it. This process happens very quickly. One user reports new penis exposed at base that is slimmer than that above it (an issue corrected with girth work and heavy downward stretching) and this happened in about 3 weeks! Simply amazing. Even in the girth work the Bathmate plays an important but not independent role.
