Once a day/ 20 minutes repumping at 5, 10 & 15 mins.

I tried pulling down on my sack when attaching and it feels better, but I didn't pull the entire time and it went back up. The pain isn't unbearable, but my concern was whether or not I was doing any serious damage.
 
There is going to be soreness with most Penis Enlargement practices and it should be expected. There is a big difference between pain and soreness. Pain is sharp, shooting and unbearable, sometimes accompanied by numbness (not to be confused with fatigue). Soreness is associated with fatigue and can feel aching like muscle or tooth soreness. Too many guys interpret fatigue as pain when it is a normal part of Penis Enlargement.
 
It sounds like you're doing everything right. I would try shortening your set to 10 min a day, and then maybe every other day, until your body becomes accustomed to the pumping. Fatigue is one thing but I know that pain is bad and it could end up setting you back so exercise caution with your workouts.
