With Bundled stretches we are finding that they should be done before both length and girth work. Bundles break down Tunica tissue faster than any other exercise and if you can pre-stretch the Tunica you will see much faster overall gains.

I started wearing the cockring the " Dr Joel Kaplan Erection Lasso Black " after every workout in the morning and then in the night..

Should I wear the " Dr Joel Kaplan Erection Lasso Black " all day after my morning workout?

I noticed that the " Dr Joel Kaplan Erection Lasso Black " pinches my skin on my balls. Should I wear it behind my balls to get more engorgement and help with girth more in the whole of the penis? Wear it as much as possible after your girth work.

Wear the cock ring on your penis only...at the very base ( if you have a fatpad push into the fatpad and put it at the base ) .

And there is nothing wrong with taking it off and getting a quick couple minutes of jelqs or SSJ and then putting it back on. You can repeat this throughout the entire day.

I've been trying to wear the cock ring behind my balls on the not and the base just to get more coverage but when I put it behind the balls it digs into my skin and leaves marks. Looks like the skin behind my balls are more sensitive and I think this is due to sitting down.

The sticker with the measurements on my bathmate extreme x40 is starting to come off. Is this happening to any of you guys? What did you guys do to prevent or fix this?

This is how you are retaining expansion? How well does it work behind the balls?
 
I don't know DLD, thats why I am asking you. I usually check on it after a couples hours and looks like it seems to retaining the pump from the bathmate well. The expansion is usually still there.

What do you suggest DLD? What do you recommend?

I think you are just overtraining bro. Try taking a day off between training if you want to keep the same intensity, or bring the intensity down and let your penis adjust to lower intensity and begin raising it over time.

Well if it is working well behind the balls stick with that. Redzulu was a huge proponent of BTB work.
 
DLD, like I said I'm not too sure if behind the balls is giving more expansion than infront. Its probably the samething. That is why I am asking you for advice. I am going to do infront from now on too because when I do behind it seems like behind the balls are more sensitive for me and easily bruises my skin.

What is your way?

I need girth that whats I am after right now, not focusing on length. I have enough length for now which is 8.25 erect. I want my girth to be at least 6.5 inches erect.

We're shooting after the same goals then. I use the BM X40 for the 5x3 SRT Method, and I do bundles stretches for 1 hour in the SG before hand and 10 minutes manually as well. Then bundles for 1 hour in the evening as well, and 1 hour of SG stretching just to keep things pliable and lose. Then I heal in the lengthened position with a silicone ADS.

Man, I've been struggling to keep an erection while using the bathmate, I don't use any visuals or ���� just my imagination and thinking of sexual experiences in the past.

Why don't you watch any ����?That's the best way to keep yourself erect.

I think I will become to dependent on ���� to get an erection. I don't know.

���� is bad indeed,but only if you watch a lot of it..like 3-4 hours everyday,watching ���� for 20-30 min while you're doing your girth work shouldn't be a problem.

I don't know either that's why I pump up without, but strangely last night I went in the Xtreme with ���� only to receive greater expansion. I felt like I had to keep myself from ejaculating while pumped XD, and eventually did cum outside the pump :/. I was getting such a good workout that I must have become too exited. Helps that I was looking at my vice...black whores :s

When using the bathmate extreme x40 do you just use the bathmate like normal in it for 5 mins each or do you do hardcore bathmate stretches with the hose attached?

If you do bathmate stretches with the hose attached how exactly do you do it? I find it difficult to do it with those hose attached and with so much pumping pressure.

I usually do some jelqs, and bundles upon waking. Then I put on my extreme at the most vacuum I can handle comfortably (sometimes 1½ handballs less if maximum is not possible), and do the 553 with jelqs/ssj.
I don't usually do hardcore stretches, but if you think there's too much suction just release a tiny bit. I hold the base of the bathmate with one hand, and pull the tube in all directions with the other

If you use the BM for girth , you should use the 5x5x3 program listed in the SRT.

If you want to use the BM for length , do BM hardcore stretches combined with other length gain methods.

It's important not to combine length and girth in a chaotic way,keep them separate.
