Hey DLD, hey guys, I have a question. I know you said that you would see fast gains if you use the bahtmate extreme consistenly almost every day along with jelqing.

I have a busy schedule, my work schedule is not the normal 9 - 5. If I use the bathmate extreme x40 in the morning and then jelq for 30 mins in the night will I still get fast gains. I have been jelqing in the night first for 30 mins and then using the bathmate after but I am so tired sometimes I can't do it after I come home from work.

By the way do you have any routine for the bathmate extreme x40 with the hand pump attached like how you made bathmate hardcore stretches routine? Can you do that with the batmate extreme x40 while the hand pump is attached?

I would use the time differently. Instead of going for 30 minutes in the BathMate go for a superset that will bring more expansion. If you read through SRT it will give you great direction to this and other methods of gaining and healing. With the BathMate try this work out:

BathMate for 5 minutes
SlowSquashJelq for 5 minutes

BathMate for 5 minutes
SlowSquashJelq for 5 minutes

BathMate for 5 minutes
SlowSquashJelq for 5 minutes

As you can see it is the same 30 minutes just used in a smarter way.

And yes, you can do BathMate Hardcore Stretches with the BathMate Xtreme

Yea if you want to why not..but Slow Squash Jelqs are the best manual girth exercise.

Exactly, if you want to use jelqs instead go for it but SLowSquashJelqs are a far superior exercise for girth and keeping the fluid retention low while tissue expansion is high.

And also do you have to have an erection while doing the slow squash jelq? How do you guys stay hard in the shower when using the bathmate and doing the slow squash jelqs?

I can seem to stay hard in the bathmate. I don't like using the bathmate in my room where my laptop is which may allow me to have ���� on to keep hard because I have a rug on the entire floor and I always make a big mess with the water wetting it.
 
YOU need to stay erect for both,BM n SSJ otherwise is not going to work out,i use the BM in the shower,you can do the SSJ in your room..I haven't done the SSJ in a while but they really work 30secs to one min SSJ for 15 mins n you will feel n see a different penis:)
 
Ok. Yea I know cause its just gonna slip off and you're gonna lose suction. What do you use to stay hard in the bathmate and when doing slow squash jelqs? Do you use self stimulation or ����? I don't want to rely too much on ����. And do you warm before using the BM?

So basically its 5 bathmate followed by 5 minutes of 1 min slow squash times x 4?

Why not bring your laptop into the bathroom? I do this with my laptop or phone and it works perfectly. If this is not possible you can print out a bunch of sexy pictures and hang them around you during your session. I warm up either with light pumping or gentle jelqs and stretches. A good 3 minutes of this I am primed and ready to go. After the session I enjoy deep tissue massage for a good 10 minutes.

What can I do get back a normal or higher erection quality. I know when you use the bm its supposed to be the opposite which is bring higher eq.

Should I excersise and do more physical activities. I recently started to take multivitamines, fish oil, maca root with genseng vitamins.

I just got L argine too should I take that along the others?

Well two 15 mins sessions will make you feel like a king:) if i had enough time n privacy i would do that everyday:)

Oh I know. I had one and loved that thing. Just wondering if he's pushing a little too hard because he said he suffers from low EQ afterwards

yep the penis gets temporary gains n yeah i have to stimulate myself when im using mine....its great but i have heard that the penis needs to get used to the BM hope u get my words my english is SUCKY lol
 
I don't think so, with bm extreme x40 I only do 15-20 a day, not even two sessions. Just 15-20 min session a day.

I dont know. Everytime I start using the bathmate it feels like my eq gets lower but when I stop it goes up. Probably I need to circulate my blood more. Exercise regularly.

What is your definition of pushing yourself too hard?

mmm i have never used the BM no more than 30 mins in one day..n yeah i noticed certain expansion n i felt engorged i haven't used my BM in weeks...i think using the BM for a reasonable period if time you'd gain girth,i think the most effective way to prove is checking your initial girth n maybe after two months measuring again to see if you have gained ...permanently;)

How much pressure do you use? 15-20 min at low pressure is a lot different than even 10 min at max pressure.
