Why does downward hanging produce more base girth and manual downward stretching DOESN'T ! No matter how often andhow intense you do it.... ?
I always hear people say : Hanging gives base girth , but never heard somebody say : Wow that manual stretching really helped me with my base ?!?!
I always thought manual stretching (in combination with strong arms) is MUCH better than just hanging. You can apply alot of force, intensity and have a wider choice of attack angles and excercizes....
look at DLD , he made almost all of his length gains MANUALLY !
...still there seems to be something fascinating about hanging..
when I think of those african tribe members who attached weights to their penises and wore those ALL DAY long , thus gained FREAKY CRAZY AMOUNT OF LENGTH AND OBVIOUSLY GIRTH - it makes me wonder if their method isn't the best of all.
I saw some stuff on them on TV ...they start hanging as kids and later all of them are able to TIE KNOTS in their dicks. Knot = higher status AND easier way to carry the package, remember they run around naked all the time through jungle.....
I think what they do is all-day-stretching however with MUCH more weight than what most people do here with their simple all day stretchers.
Now if I only knew what kinds of weights they used and how they attached them so no blood was cut of !!!

You cannot overtrain the flaccid penis ! SO I guess hanging as much/often as possible each day ould produce the best results ever. Its a question of time I guess.
What if somebody with alot of time on his hands was hanging 10 hours EACH day for a month. Lets say using the bib hanger with medium to high weights and readjusting every 10 - 15 minutes to allow perfect bloodflow !
After all tribe women absolutely can stretch THEIR DAMN NECKS to crazy lengths. Think of it : Theres much more to stretch out : Muscle,flesh,bone,skin .... they use rings and do so for the rest of their lives = all day stretching with high intensity !
I think these are the same who also stretch out their lower lip to crazy length....
IT ALL CAN BE DONE ! I'm pretty sure that 10 hours of hanging would produce faster and better results than 1 hour manual stretching that most people here do !!! All the difference is probably that manually with your hands you can only hold a good stretch for 1-2 min max. but with a hanger you can do so for 10 minutes safely - even if you cut of all blood the tissue would die after 20 minutes , so no worries. = constant

I think thats what I have to do build myself a hanger somehow and then hang like a madman - I haVE all the time in the world thats for sure....
