For me, all the clamping moves at the base such as ulis and horse squeezes. MY base bulges more than my head and shaft and I've made my biggest gains in base girth, almost a whole inch.
 
Thanks Gandolf. When I do ulis and horse squeezes I don't think my base bulges as much as my head. It seems that if you're grabbing around the base when you do this that it would be hard to increase girth there. (I should have asked you this earlier today.)

Well, the dick is compressed RIGHT under your fingers but the base should bulge a lot right next to your ok grip. Grip as close to the base as possible and use an inverted grip. Look at my Uli video to see how I do it.
 
Yeah, those videos Gandolf made really are cool. I use the same grip for manual squeezes and it's the only one that works for me. I can't trap the blood very good at all the other way.

You'd think all that compression would shrink the base, but whenever I measure, my base is always thicker than the rest. It's not a crazy freak difference, but my base is bigger.

I really want to get a Bib Starter, but the thought of having to sit around for hours because I'm hanging doesn't appeal to me. Especially if I can't really "just sit there" and let it work. Don't you have to take it on and off every 15 minutes? What fun is that? Sounds like the height of tedium to me.

I get antsy from just doing 2 sets of 15 minute Lazy-Ass Stretches! I'm just sitting on my dick looking at the clock like, "Alright.....what am I supposed to do for the next half hour?" I tried reading and stuff, but I can't concentrate. I guess I need my Penis Enlargement to be active otherwise I'll get bored.

Having a Bib would be cool though. It seems like even if I stretch manually for a half hour straight, it'll just go right back to the size it was. Keeping the dick stretched out for long periods of time makes more sense to me, but man, that's a lot of time.
 
This is how I work base girth.

Get 80% erect, then grip about 1.5 to 2" above the base area with an inverted ok grip with the right hand. The left hand should be behind the glans, to offer support for shaft.

Once your 80%, kegal in as much blood as you can, and clamp down tight with your right hand, while your left hand is supporting the shaft. Once you have clamped down, kegal and hold it, and move the right hand toward your pelvic mound.

What you are doing is basically kegaling against your right hand that is trying to force the blood back into the body! I have found that it really expands the base area!!!

The key to the success with this, is a good tight grip, and a strong kegal that will last the duration of the hand movement toward the body!Say if it takes 5-10 seconds to move the hand toward the base, the kegal would be held for this amount of time! Ever repetition should start with kegaling enough blood into the shaft so as to have something to help with the expansion.

I feel this beneifits, the stretching of the tunica at the base, and strengthens the PC muscle, and also makes the arteries at the base of the penis larger, which would be excellent for more blood flow into the penis. It works for me anyways! Good luck!!

Thanks, Girthius. Next girth workout I'll follow your recommendation. Is this exercise primarily responsible for your gains? If so, how much have you gained?
 
I was roughly 6" girth when I first started experimenting with these! I made it to 6" from hanging, and jelqing, but since I have been doing these with other types of girth work, I am at 7 now! This is at the base by the way! My girth workouts are not that long either! 30 minutes every other day!

Okay, I've never had it explained to me how hanging benefits girth. Maybe someday someone will attempt to walk me through the physics, but...

I get insane results (who knows if they're permanent? I'm not dead yet) from the ulis and horse squeezes and compression exercises.

I also do some of what Girthius refers to as kegelling against your grip. My base fills out big time. Resistance training is starting to make sense to me with regards to the cc's and the cs.

You might consider the cable clamp. Just look at ItsElectric's photos of his efforts. His base, which he attributes to hanging, is maxxed out. Looks like his cock has shoulders.
