So guys, what would really be the best exercise to get some base girth. I am really very thin in this area. When my penis is semi erect it feels like the whole penis is hanging just on a small thread. When the erection rises it gets more even, but before that it almost feel like there is only a skin between the shaft and the pubic area. I don't know if I wrote it good but if you know any tips, I would appreciate it. I know that this condition would get better with rest and healing of the ligs, but I would like to resume with my workouts. What to do?

HANGING, in my opinion, is the fastest and most effective way to build base girth. I hung straight down for about 3 months and my base filled out big time.
 
Yep I second that Hanging is the best way. ( as I adjust my 15 lb rig)

I've seen good base girth gains from it.

I would ask what is the best way to go into hanging and what would be a best device to do it. I read about bib hanger (to expensive). I read about captn's wench also. Which is better. Is it possible quickly build a hanging device that would't be so complicated and expensive. I saw some ideas like filling a sock with heavy stuff and attach it to penis with rubber. Are those home-made devices too primitive and not appropriate for good base girth lengths?

One of the best people to as is Stillwantmore. He has had a lot of expierience with making different rigs. But I'll tell you that after making a few of my own, the Bib is king. But make a few and get used to hanging first.

How are you hanging, standing, sitting with the pipe between the legs? Is there any hangers that don't mangle the head? I'm not crazy about a cord/rope of some kind snug around the nob.

I'd hang too. $95 is too expensive to get what you want?? Jeez.

I bet if you sat down with a pen and paper and itemized in detail what money you spent every month, you could find more than $95, that you were probably just throwing away on stuff you really didnt need. That is, if you dont have too much pride to annonymously admit it here.

By the way, that applies to EVERYONE who uses the "it's too expensive...." (for whatever) excuse.

Thanks for the tip man. You really helped a lot. I don't have too much pride and I don't spend 100$ a month for the stuff I don't need.:blahblah:

The Bib starter rocks, the best hanger I have ever used. Some may not admit it but, I think it was worth the money. If I were to take my time to build something like that, it would cost a lot more. My time is valuable to me, why re-invent the wheel.
 
I really wish I had the time to hang, but I don't at the moment...hopefully this summer I'll be able to manage some hanging, as I think it would really help my length gains take off into the stratosphere.
 
I have Pleanty of Base GIRTH :) I need girth underneath the head!, anyone got any tips for that?

Why does downward hanging produce more base girth and manual downward stretching DOESN'T ! No matter how often andhow intense you do it.... ?

I always hear people say : Hanging gives base girth , but never heard somebody say : Wow that manual stretching really helped me with my base ?!?!


I always thought manual stretching (in combination with strong arms) is MUCH better than just hanging. You can apply alot of force, intensity and have a wider choice of attack angles and excercizes....
look at DLD , he made almost all of his length gains MANUALLY !

...still there seems to be something fascinating about hanging..

when I think of those african tribe members who attached weights to their penises and wore those ALL DAY long , thus gained FREAKY CRAZY AMOUNT OF LENGTH AND OBVIOUSLY GIRTH - it makes me wonder if their method isn't the best of all.

I saw some stuff on them on TV ...they start hanging as kids and later all of them are able to TIE KNOTS in their dicks. Knot = higher status AND easier way to carry the package, remember they run around naked all the time through jungle.....

I think what they do is all-day-stretching however with MUCH more weight than what most people do here with their simple all day stretchers.

Now if I only knew what kinds of weights they used and how they attached them so no blood was cut of !!!

Remember what DLD said and what everybody seems to agree on :

You cannot overtrain the flaccid penis ! SO I guess hanging as much/often as possible each day ould produce the best results ever. Its a question of time I guess.

What if somebody with alot of time on his hands was hanging 10 hours EACH day for a month. Lets say using the bib hanger with medium to high weights and readjusting every 10 - 15 minutes to allow perfect bloodflow !

After all tribe women absolutely can stretch THEIR DAMN NECKS to crazy lengths. Think of it : Theres much more to stretch out : Muscle,flesh,bone,skin .... they use rings and do so for the rest of their lives = all day stretching with high intensity !

I think these are the same who also stretch out their lower lip to crazy length....

IT ALL CAN BE DONE ! I'm pretty sure that 10 hours of hanging would produce faster and better results than 1 hour manual stretching that most people here do !!! All the difference is probably that manually with your hands you can only hold a good stretch for 1-2 min max. but with a hanger you can do so for 10 minutes safely - even if you cut of all blood the tissue would die after 20 minutes , so no worries. = constant traction !!!!!!

I think thats what I have to do build myself a hanger somehow and then hang like a madman - I haVE all the time in the world thats for sure....

Guys -- other than hanging, is there anything else that you have tried that will help base girth?
 
With what we know as far as manual stretches,hanging and different types of girth work, I think that if one implemented the tribesman technique after such workouts, you would have a nearly perfect routine in my opinion! The problem is having a device that will generate enough pull, but yet not cut off the blood flow, and also be comfortable to wear during the day and at bedtime!

I don't feel that these tribesman walked around with very heavy weights, as this would interfere with there daily routines, hunting, working around the village, etc. It would seem more likely that they hung just enough weight so as to have a pull stronger than what the PC muscle could hold! In saying this, even if the PC muscle could keep the weights pulled up, eventually it would tire, and yield to the force of the weight pulling down. Then gravity would take over! But maybe the devices that they are wearing are just as uncomfortable as the modern day stretching devices that are on the market! The only difference is that this is part of their tribal customs, and also they probably have a high threshold of pain resistance, as they live a rough and hard life compared to a modern man!

I for one am working on a device that will hopefully accomplish this! I will continue to manual stretch, hang, and work my girth, but when I'm not doing my routines, I will be following the footsteps of the tribesman! !000's of year of doing this, can only mean that it's been tried and tested, and proven a success!
