alright I'll do that. I am also adding 100 side to side stretches right now to my routine and I will also be adding 50 extra side to sides each week

Good. You need to start hitting every part and ligaments are important to hit. By doing the side to side ones you're hitting the ligaments at an angle, always do left and right for basic stretching too.

With manual stretching it is vital that you hit every conceivable angle, even if you feel no intensity (like upward stretches) still, hit every angle because missing one could be a miss in gains.

I was thinking of just using two sticks that aren't too asymmetrical to do some modified stretching. I see you're using the band and im going to guess it's working for you.

Are you stretching to a point where its using all your strength? If you're not then you should. But if you are add more time/duration to each stretch. Increase your 30 second stretch to 1 minute (this is an example) Also try __________ and erect stretching they are killer if you aren't already doing it.

This!

I found that increasing the original 30 seconds to 45 seconds helped me a ton. Also I personally ONLY do bundled work now, and I stretch at maximum strength. Tires me the fuck out, but I still make gains. I have however been off due to injury and also trying to regain some sensitivity in my glans (I am cut, and PE also affected this) I also used the Length Master for quite some time, and once I got the wrapping down I really loved how intense the stretches were. Had to lay off it though, glans got discolored as fuck, decided it wasn't worth it. Only doing manual work now.

The theraband gives good traction. I can really stretch hard. It's a different feeling than the Lengthmaster, but I can take it past my pain tolerance level with the drumstick stretch too.

Agree. But for straight out work it has real potential.

Yeah I just ignore them. I'm doing this because I want to and because I know it's not dangerous, i take caution

Thats it! Always think caution and safety first, and proceed from there. Practice, practice, practice!

...Like I tell others, do what you want, just be wise about it.

Exactly. There are many exercises that have never made it to the board because I deemed them to be too dangerous. With any new exercise I develop I am most concerned with safety and id it is gain worthy. The only way to get to this point is to safely, slowly and with complete focus practice the exercise with little intensity and add intensity progressively.

always safety for beginners

Indeed. Rushing for gains will only bring injury. Take your time and get too know your body before putting it through a routine that is too intense. Gains will come with consistent, steady and progressive work, be safe!
