So since September 2015 I have gained about a total of .2"... I stretched everyday, used the ace bandage almost every day for at least 3 hours and now I've been using the extender on and off for about 4 months now (it's hard to wear it at work, in total I have probably logged around 80-100 hours so far in the extender). It sucks that I can't wear the extender a lot because I know that it would help out a lot more then just the ace.

I have made a homeade ads that works very well and is pretty easy to maneuver around in. It tugs very well and is quite comfy.

If anyone can give me any tips on what to do that would be awesome. I just want to see me grow up that ruler. Thanks bros!
 
Could you be more specific on the routine you are using?

So for the first month that I did PE my routine was basically a quick 5-10 minute stretching session followed by about 200-300 jelqs.

Then from October-January I did the full newbie routine stretching session followed by ace bandage for about 3-4 hours at a decent tension.

- 5 to 10 minutes of bundles upwards
- 2 sets of stretches in all directions
-5 minutes of expressive stretches

After this I would try to stay in the extender for about 1-3 hours at max tension (only get in it about 2-3 times a week for about 1.5 hours before work as it is hard to wear it at work) always stay in ace for anywhere from 6-10 hours, sometimes at a high/decent tension and sometimes at a low tension.

If you could help me to build up a good routine and help me start gaining I would appreciate it very very much, thanks DLD!
 
Are you stretching to a point where its using all your strength? If you're not then you should. But if you are add more time/duration to each stretch. Increase your 30 second stretch to 1 minute (this is an example) Also try __________ and erect stretching they are killer if you aren't already doing it.

yeah one min stretches can be killer!! Would like to try the one min stretches instead of the 30 secs stretches haha

If you can't hold a stretch for longer than 30 seconds, then rest after 30 seconds and do another 30 seconds. You have to find out what works best for you.

Wow, you are all over the place! No wonder gains have been inconsistent the routines have been inconsistent. Now, we have identified the problem we need to make some changes to create a routine that will be gainful and safe.

The Newbie Routine Basic Stretches are always a staple in most mens routine weather they are doing them manually or with a LengthMaster. These stretches hit every possible angle and leave no stone unturned. Using proper intensity this set of stretches will bring good length gains. I also suggest that there be Expressive and Bundled Stretches in your routine, these while bring gains from another angle. Then there is erect stretching which is used to sure up new gains. Then we need to get into girth work...Do you have the BathMate? Do you have any other equipment other the the SizeGenetics? If so let me know so when I write your routine they can be included. Another question is time and privacy, do you have good access to this? Lastly, read through the 1st post in SRT and really take it to heart, in that reading you will find many details that I will be including in your new routine so I want you to be familiar with those things. looking forward to your response and creating your routine.

The only equipment that I have is my extender, my homemade ads, and an ace bandage. I do not have money at this point in time for a length master or a bathmate but when I do get the money I may get a lengthmaster. I have a decent amount of time at the moment, for the most part I either have all morning or all night, but in 2 weeks I am going to my camp where I will have no privacy besides really early in the morning (around 7/8am) and later on at night (around 9pm).

The routine you laid out was excellent but now seeing the equipment you do have I will suggest something more. When not training use your Extender as much as possible. 30-60 minutes at a time, take off, get good circulation back and go for another set. This will be the icing on the length cake you have created. When you do get additional equipment we can redo your routine at that point. But what I saw in your new routine, plus the Extender you are looking good.

Girth I am assuming will wait until length gains have been made?

I would like to start training girth but my damn thrombosis vein still hasn't gone away, it is starting to diminish but it is still there, I would give it a couple more weeks until it's gone.

And ok cool I'm glad to hear that my routine isn't bad! And yes, whenever I am just hanging out at home I make sure that I am wearing either my extender or my homemade tugger ads (works very well so far).

I think I am going to add erect stretches a couple times a week for 5 minutes or so per session, possibly an extra round of all angles stretches and maybe so a-stretches as well. I am also going to start kegeling during my bundles to help fatigue the PC muscles for he rest of my routine and I am going to start doing AT LEAST 500 kegels a day, because my erections Havnt been very strong lately.

Have you thought about increasing your extender hours for 3+ or doing intervals throughout the day?

I am usually out and about for most of the day so I usually can't wear it out of the house because it is hard to maneuver in. I wear it whenever I can lol. I made a homeade tugger ads that I can manuever in easily and I like it a lot!! I will be starting to wear that while I'm on the go from now on.

I searched it up on google and I found it on a different pe website. It pretty much just consists of a dog collar or anything else that can be used to wrap around your leg, a bungee cord, a wrap to wrap your dick with and a cable clamp. You wrap the wrap around your dick, put the clamp on lightly, feed the bungee cord through the loop in the dog collar then hook the 2 ends of the cord onto the clamp and then put the dog collar around your leg and BOOM! You're tugging! The only downside is that you lose blood flow fairly quickly (30 min-1 hour)
 
I think you should go all length for now and this should really help condition things. As you get close to your length goal you can take up girth work.
