Yes DLD that is what I am thinking as well. I think I may start doing girth in about 3-4 months or so, by then I will have reached my short term goal and the girth work will aid on reaching my next goal.

But still do bundles even if they're girth exercise, they will help a lot

If you have limited time just do hanging X heavier weights. Buy a hanger and get in one hour a day. You'll gain. I haven't seen too many guys not gain hanging.

I have made a homeade ads that works very well and is pretty easy to maneuver around in. It tugs very well and is quite comfy.

Im terrified of this happening to me. If i did a solid routine for 10 months and gained nothing I would quit for sure :/

If you work hard you will gain. And after those initial noob gains you cannot gain from half assing it. As far as 10 months and no gains I wouldn't cry about it, the only time limit is one day you will die. Other than that keep working for what you want and never give up.
 
eugine8plz, I feel ya man. I had no newbie gains and was sidetracked by thrombosis for a while. My first gains came after a year and half. This month marks 2 years of PE for me and I've gained 1/4" in girth and 1/4" in NBEL. It's been a lot of hard work, but I'm glad I did it! My girth increase has come over the last 2 months where I've been focused primarily on girth. I'm 1/16" away from 5 1/4" MSEG, at which point I will go to maintenance on girth and focus on length for a while. I've realized in the length work, on both manual and lengthmaster, that I need pull much closer to the base. I've been pulling too close to my head for years(!) and it's too painful to pull with sufficient force to get the tissues to change. Some people, like you and I, probably take a lot of force to get change.
I suggest you clear your mind, get as Zen as you can, and reevaluate your techniques. You've really got to pull your cock out! Find a way to put some serious force on it!
I've found the drumstick stretches helpful. I wrap two drumsticks in theraband, for traction, then compress my penis between them and pull. That is a serious ligament stretch and it's cheap equipment, like $20! The drumstick stretch I think is what brought my first length gains.
Even the relatively small gains I've had have helped my confidence. I was perfectly average in penis size when I started, and now I'm almost 6.25x5.25 and I can feel that soon I will be ABOVE AVERAGE! That's pretty damn exciting! You can do it man! Good luck!

1) do you have to use both of the enzymes to get rid of the thrombosis vein or can you just use either the serragold or natoK?

2) to gain in length you did manual stretches just from near the base of the penis? what about the shaft gains?

3) could you please post a pic of the drumstick theraband combo that you made so that I can make it myself?

My first inch came from this:
Jelq 15 minutes (flaccid)
SRT stretch routine ( i didnt do this exactly, i only did left up right down, but do all angles it works better)

Follow this in order-

At month 1-3 (1 day on 1 day off):
Jelq 15 minutes
Hold each stretch in every angle hard for 30 seconds

At month 5 (2day on 1 day off/ OR 3 day on 1 day off):
(stopped jelqing and focused on length)
Hold each stretch in every angle hard for 1 minute

At month 6-11 (5 day on 2 day off/ OR 6 days on 1 day off/ OR every day):
1)Erect stretch 5 minutes ( move up to 10 minutes when you can handle it)
2)__________ stretch 5 minutes (move up to 10 minutes when you feel you can handle it)

^^^Those two will loosen up everything making it easier to stretch (in my opinion)

3)Hold each stretch in every angle hard for 1 minute 30 seconds OR 2 minutes
4)Side to Side routine (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-enlargement-forum/20379-advanced-jelq-free-routine.html) *Just the stretching portion*
5) Bundled stretching 1 minute every angle

Once you've done that do the same routine in month 6-11 but for the normal stretching add another round or set. So 1 set is stretching up, down, left right or whatever. That's 1 round, after you advance do 2 rounds so you repeat everything twice only for the normal stretching, not the __________ or erect or side to side or bundles.

1)When did you start, you said over a year, do 3 sets of SRT stretches, pull each as hard as you can, it'll get tiring but the gains will come.
2) The thing is if you're already 1 year into PE you should be doing 6 days on 1 day off/ OR no days off
 
I used both enzyme products, just to be thorough, if you use only 1 go with the Natto-K. I have been doing different kinds of stretches with the lengthmaster. But I was using it pretty close to the head. I noticed some length gains after doing the drumstick stretch mostly right at the base of the shaft. Thus I surmise that I was not getting enough force with my other stretches because I was pulling too close to the head and causing pain. I've gained just over 1/4" erect length, and about 1/2" flaccid length. I can't really say where exactly it came from in terms of internal versus shaft.
I'll post a pic of the drumstick stretch later when I have the time. But for now, I just wrap the drumsticks with a small piece of theraband in the middle of the drumstick. This helps to grab the shaft. Then I compress my shaft, one stick on top, one on bottom. Then I pull in various directions. It's a killer ligament stretch. I do it in various places, from the extreme base to further up the shaft.

alright I'll do that. I am also adding 100 side to side stretches right now to my routine and I will also be adding 50 extra side to sides each week
