Well I've got quite a history of ball stretching. Congrats on getting a high end weight! It will take a little time to get used to it. When you do you wont want to take it off. I wear one ALL the time when I'm ball stretching. Depending on the size you got you can wear it while running. I wear my small one when jogging and if I'm just headed for a walk I put the 55mm on HELL YEAH!! I wear the 55 to bed. That takes some getting used to when you toss and turn. If for some reason you dont seem to be able to take it for awhile in the begining it might feel like its cutting into your nuts even though its loose. You can put a dress sock on your balls and then put the weight over it and roll the sock over it. Make sure your balls are nice and warm before you put it on. It makes it easier.
Oh also after a while when your sack starts stretching you are going to want to put some good hand lotion on them to keep the skin stretching and soft. Sometimes it can get dry and flaky with out it. I use this stuff that has Vitamins A D & E ,Aloe vera and Lanoline and its cheap and ships wicked fast.
