Damn. I've got some low hanging balls compared to what I had. I'm loving this. Although it's weird because when I setup my hanger and get my shaft into the well my ball sack is loose and it's getting caught a little bit inside so I have to watch for that now.

Fantastic! Great isnt it? Dont forget to use some good hand cream with vitamins in it It will help and keep them smooth and soft and well healed!!
 
oh shit that's good advice. Thanks man. I haven't had too much of a problem with it yet as it's fucking humid every day here and sweaty balls nearly 24/7 kind of eliminates any real need for lotion. I'll definitely remember that bit of advice though in a few months once summer's over.
 
been working on stretching my sack down and then up to stretch the skin under the sack. It seems to be helping my sack hang lately. It's about 15 minutes of manual ball stretching every day. I can't wait to see how low they hang in 6 months. It'll be unreal! I'm still stretching down as far as I can still though, but just added that up movement to assist the hang.

It really is amazing how fast you can get them to hang!

What's the difference between the regular collars and the split collar weights? Gonna order some myself, but I don't want a hassle putting them on...
 
I feel the split collars are the way to go. This way they dont come off unless you take them off.
 
Just gotten my split collar and it feels sooo good having it on! :) It's 28 mm high and weighs 420 grams.

My package is really nice (albeit, fake) and my sac/balls feel really sensitive!

Since I was circumsized TWO times a few years ago my sac size shrank a lot, when I have a hardon I hardly have a sac at all! :(

I really hope that this will help me see some gains! I've had it on for a few hours now, the skin went a little sore after half an hour or so but I put some skin cream on and now it just feels great!
 
I've just been wearing shower curtain rings for stretching so its like a stretch rather than a weight pressure, different kinda stretch i.e. it keeps the balls at a slightly further distance than usual from the body as opposed to putting stress on the suspenders and thus stretching those more thoroughly, like you get with ball weights.

Anyone know if i'll actually see any permanent gain in ball hang from this shower curtain ring stretching?

I ask cos everyone seems to be more into weights rather than stretchers and i wonder if stretchers are perhaps a little bogus and ineffective.

I wear one ALL the time when I'm ball stretching. Depending on the size you got you can wear it while running. I wear my small one when jogging and if I'm just headed for a walk I put the 55mm on HELL YEAH!! I wear the 55 to bed. That takes some getting used to when you toss and turn. If for some reason you dont seem to be able to take it for awhile in the begining it might feel like its cutting into your nuts even though its loose. You can put a dress sock on your balls and then put the weight over it and roll the sock over it. Make sure your balls are nice and warm before you put it on. It makes it easier.

Oh also after a while when your sack starts stretching you are going to want to put some good hand lotion on them to keep the skin stretching and soft. Sometimes it can get dry and flaky with out it. I use this stuff that has Vitamins A D & E ,Aloe vera and Lanoline and its cheap and ships wicked fast.

Any permanent gain in ball stretching?

Is it true the testicles will not be pulled back up after stretching for a long time like they normally should?
 
Once you stretch them low and maintain the stretch for a long period of time, the results will be permanent.
Im a fan of stretching with leather, It's comfortable enough to wear all day
once I take it off though my balls are sensitive and hang real low in the heat.
 
I used to use shower curtain rings which worked perfectly but found them to be slightly uncomfortable when worn for more than 6 hours or so. Now i'm looking for the circular curtain rings. Bought a few already. Because theyre in one solid piece (unlike spilt steel collar weights) the size of the inner diameter needs to be exact. I bought 3 sets of curtain rings already with inner diameters of;
32 mm
34-36mm (The sizes within a pack arent completely uniform)
48-49mm

The 32mm ones were too small to even fit one ball into.
The 34-36mm ones, i just about managed to fit both balls through the wider 36mm ones but it was tricky both getting in and out of them. I really had to squeeze the balls through and felt them compressing slightly when i did so. These work great once you have them on and aren't so tight that they would reduce circulation but getting them on and off is so tricky, uncomfortable and potentially damaging that i don't really feel comfortable using them. The worry would be that i would get them on and not be able to get them off again (not without a hacksaw anyway).
The 48-49mm ones worked fairly well but were slightly too large to hold both balls in place for more than a few mins.
The goal here is for an inner diameter just wide enough to fit one ball through comfortably (as opposed to the slightly uncomfortable 36mm rings) so that it's a little tricky (but not uncomfortable) to put them on so that theres no way your balls would slip back out of them by accident.
So, i'm off to a couple more department stores (with a ruler) in a few days to look for some more. Clearly, curtain rings (preferably steel rather than wood for added weight) with an inner diameter of 37-47mm (the ideal probably being 40mm) are what's required here.
I'll let you know how i get on.

I'm only doing this instead of ordering proper weights/stretchers off the net because having kinky gear delivered to the communal house i live in could turn out very awkwardly (thank god the cable clamp is available in plenty of stores!). So i need to find a postage free way of acquiring appropriate ball stretching equipment, hence the shifty-looking individual scouring the curtain sections of various department stores with a ruler.
Admittedly it's still a lot cheaper than the extortionately priced ball weights online but buying these extortionately priced, properly manufactured weights would definitely still be my first choice if the whole postal embarassment thing wasn't an issue.

NOTE ON MY PREVIOUS POST: For anyone wanting to try this out themselves, bear in mind that a lot of these rings are advertised with measurements (19, 28, 25, 30 and 35mm are the most common) but these are the measurements for the size of pole they are meant to fit, not the diameter of the ring itself and so offer only slight indication to the actual size of the ring.
The 32mm ones were "28mm".
The 48mm ones were "35mm".
The 36mm ones gave no measurement.
 
I dont own anything in this category yet and wont for while as other things need to come first at the moment but I like your ideas and humour - Shifty looking individual - haha. I know this isnt ball stretching but rather 'positioning' and I now do it when clamping. I grab another medium sized clamp and clamp around the scrotum, not too tight but enough so the testes cant go through. I have found in the past two sessions this helps prevent that base area getting too much stretch and engorement which 'may' be helping the turkey neck I have. Also in this position, grab the glans and scrotum .. pulling in a tug of war [opposites] which gives one an awesome stretch especially after a pump session.
 
Here's the relevant text from my progress thread. Pics of me wearing these rings in the link in my signiature.

I have just purchased 2 sets of curtain rings from this classy department store we have in the uk called "john Lewis". The sets were called: "Pole kit accessories Brushed nickel plated steel 6 rings To fit 25mm diameter pole" and the slightly more succinct: "6 rings stainless steel to fit 30mm pole".

They weren't cheap (about £10 per set) but they work like a dream. Its very easy and comfortable, although slightly tricky (as it should be) to get them on and off and there seems no possibility of them falling off.
They each have a 38mm inner diameter (despite being described as fitting different size poles (take a ruler with you if you go looking for some curtain rings yourself)) and are 4.5mm high. The rounded nickel ones each weigh about 20grams while the flatter steel ones weigh 22grams. This means they provide more of a stretch than they do a weight (they weigh about 1/4 as much as ball weights of the same height) but the weight will increase as you wear more rings.
