Well i dont read the bible often,but i think the bible has lots of practical teachings,wheter the person is religious or not.

Religious teachings can have some moral and ethic teachings that can be beneficial such as Christianity talks about love, grace, mercy, and forgiveness being a must for the path of righteousness or else its sin, Budhisim talks about no killing, stealing, lying, sexual misconduct, or intoxicants and commends reverence, humility, contentment, gratitude, patience, generosity, etc. in order to reach enlightenment and even satanism talk about compasion, justice, wisdom and the body being inviolable. Those are just a small sample of the many religions and their teachings even if you don't follow any one of them you cant rule out the positive message that they share even if you have to take it with a grain of salt.

Guys I've gained a half a centimeter in length during the past month, and that's fucking awesome! However, I didn't gain girth at all! That's such a barnacle >:( I don't know why I'm so hard gainer when it comes to girth or what I'm doing wrong and that's annoying.

Great job on your gains so far, What is your current routine looking like? Have you been doing Jelqs, SSJ or 5x5x3's?

Ok i would definitely add SSJ into your routine if you have a BM add the 5x5x3 do that and i think you will make leaps and bounds in girth in comparison, You may make some more in length if you either up the intensity or the amount of time your doing them as well. Change is ideal for your progress along with consistity (i know sounds contradicting lol) by that i mean change up your routine from time to time keep your body guessing because just like doing the same thing over and over again at the gym eventually you will hit a plateau and gains will slow down. But gains are gain great job man

Thank you for your encouragement man! I think the break I took helped me to gain that half centimeter, so I assume it is possible to reset the penis. I don't know if SSJ will help me because I already tried it before and didn't gain much from it, but I'll definitely change things to gain more.

A break can help for sure but it can also cause you to loose the gains that were not cemented, Give the SSJ a try again measure the girth before hand and make sure there is some expansion at the end and consistently do them. Girth is the harder one the make gain in and that is because the tunica only has about a 5% elasticity so you need to have that constant expansion for at least a month to make a substantial gain. you can assist in this by edging for 20-30 mins after dont ejaculate and wearing a cockring to keep the expansion for longer as you keep that at max and the tunica will give way. Also Bundle stretches help break down the tunica making it more malleable allowing for better expansion

You can take a break if you make sure you've cemented the gains (That's what I did), so a good cycle IMO will be several months of gaining, and then several months of cementing, and then one month a break and repeat.
But anyway, thank you for your advice I'll think about it during the next days, I'll have to change the exercise anyway to find what works for me.
 
Trial and error to find what works best for you if it works great then do it. Some people need to gain a half inch to cement a 1/4 while others can gain an 1/2 inch and not loose any it depend on your genetics how fast you heal and bit more of different thing. Typically when someone takes a break over the course of 2-6 months the gains that were not cemented will slowly vanish. Personally i know when i was consistent over the last couple months i gained a 1/2 in but when life got hectic i lost most of it. I have worked myself back up but i feel i would have kept them if i had continues till it was better cemented. Looking forward to your progress who knows i bet you could reach your goal before the end of the year.

congrats on the gains brother. don't worry about girth,girth is much more difficult to gain for most of us,with dedication,and adding what sinthious said,you'll gain some girth,but keep in mind that girth is hard to come
 
Congratulations on the gains. If girth gains are lagging I highly recommend the SRT BathMate/SSJ 5x5x3 workout. This will deliver girth fastest.
 
I thought of something: Maybe the reason I don't gain girth is not the exercise itself but the erection level? When I think back the only times when I did gain some girth was when I worked with lower erection level (caused by lower EQ).
So maybe I just need to stop doing girth work at about 80% erection and do it at 50%? What do you guys think?
Can you also give me recommendations for exercises that I can do at 50% erection? Is jelqing a good idea?

everybody is different. if it works for you,by all means keep doing it, don't ask anyone else what would be better for YOU

change your routine if you are not gaining anymore, i have done lots of exercises newbie stretchings,jelquins,DLD blasters,bundled stretchings,ssj,stretchings whit the LM,BM,foot long stretches those are amazing..but you need a LM TRY them if ypu want to feel real stretching.

im 7,5 bpel but i still feel short i think the SRT is the most effective...Discipline and time can help when following that routine...

That's great but I asked for a recommendation for GIRTH exercises I can do at 50% erection. Is jelqing or SSJ good idea?
