I thought my break will be longer but I missed PE and want to gain more. New short term goal: 7.5x5.5
My routine (5 times a week):
-Warm up
-Double squeeze (this exercise: https://okaydick.com/penis-enlargement-exercises/double-squeeze) for 20 minutes, 10 seconds squeezes.
-Masturbation to ejaculation.
-Warm shower.
-Basic stretching (https://www.pegym.com/penis-exercises/penis-stretching) each direction for 30 seconds, 3 times all directions.
I know it's a very basic routine but I'll slowly add TUT and intensity.
Tell me what you think about it and if I need to change something.
