Guys can you please comment about the following routine? So far i'm doing it for 3weeks now with a day rest.

Morning around 5:30am
10 mins bathmate xtreme (light pressure as warm up)
3sets of the following:
5mins random dry jelq, ssj
7 mins bathmate xtreme highest pressure can tolerate

After finished the 3sets, i strap cockring as i take a bath then do uncle jims wrap for 8 hours.

Evening around 9pm:
10mins Warm towel wrap
3x30sec btc left, right, center stretch
3x30 sec lr, ll, sd stretch
10downward cranks
3x30 sec l, r, forward stretch
10 forward cranks
3x30 sec ur, ul, upward stretch
10upward crank
10full crank
3sets x 10mins Hang 3.75lbs btc(planning to increase the weight by 1.25lbs every week) with 5 mins rest in between
I dont do warm down

I do manual stretchng and bib hanger while hanging.
Sometimes i do 3 hours uncle jim wrap during sleep

So far i cant see erect length gain but i notice harder, stronger and fast erection. Notice some girth gain but i do not track it since my goal is length.

My lot is around 4oclock.

Can you please give comments or advice reg this routine?

If you want Length and have a bib hanger I would recommend 2h/day of hanging(1in the morning and one in the evening) and follow the evening routine by 5mins of pumping to get some pre-expansion and then 20-30mins of Dry Jelquing.

You need at least 20 mins of sustained jelqiuing to see results and don't subestimate this exercise as it's just as important for Length as the hanging.

Do some research and you'll see that all hangers that gained did a lot of Jelquing in their routines.

And fundamental for girth too? I feel like my sessions are bad enough to be adding jelqs. Though maybe a few hear and there will give me badder bones.
 
what if I cannot accomplish the 10 hours/week hanging? Should I drop the hanging then?

So far my warm up + all direction manual stretching consumes me almost 50 minutes. I consume 30 secs for gripping my penis properly between each stretching.

I also want to incorporate girth work(using bathmate) since I read from SRT theory from sir DLD that doing girth work not only increases girth size but somehow in length.

I want my routine to be length gain primarily but also some girth. My desired length to girth gain ratio is 75%:25%

So far I have around 1.5 hours free time every morning and 2 hours at night. And here are my available devices:
bathmate xtreme, bib hanger, SG, vlc tugger and soon Length master.

Could someone else give comment on my current routine or suggest a routine using the devices?
 
I would say to drop the manual work and go for hanging in the morning, you should be able to fit 3sets of 20mins in 1,5 hours with 10min break between them, than at night do another 3 sets of hanging followed by the 5x5x5routine, this would be my approach.

The SRT Size Blaster Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
This is the all new exercise is the end all girth and length practice that will pack on inches of girth and length through it’s powerful one way compression. The main goal in SRT and gaining size is to not only stretch the size we currently have but to access inches of hidden penis found just below the pubic bone and all the length that goes to your rectum. In some men there is up to 10 inches of internal penis but how to claim this size has been difficult using hands only until now.


The SRT Size Blaster works on a mental level that if the internal penis was exposed we could use it. Keeping this in mind it is our first job to grip the extreme base of the solid, erect penis and dig our grip as far into the internal penis as possible. Once we have a good grip on the internal penis we use the other hand to pull and stretch all external penis out ward while the other hand continue to dig deep and deeper into the internal penis. This whole time we are push ing very hard into internal penis while pulling and stretching the penis being exposed. Eventually you will be have to masturbate the new, exposed penis whole the low hand continues to expose new, untapped penis. In time the internal structure will become real, useable, visible penis. As a matter of fact I diid not think there was anyway for me to make bigger gain than I have but this new exercise seems to be unlimited to all men to claim new penis.


Just like the Slow Squash Jelq we are not looking for any specific time limit, we are going for as long as we can and when we need rest we rest, regroup and start again. Imagining the penis inside of you coming out is a very tantalizing way of thinking and as it does become viable be sure to include it in the exercise.


I have noticed that I need to use some of my scrotal skin to become part of my shaft to keep gains coming quickly so I am sure to leave as much slack as possible and as I need more skin I can access it. This transference in skin will not only help guys with Turkey Neck but it will help you turn that skin into skin needed for the shaft. Remember, SRT is transposing and repositioning the body and this exercise certainly embodies that.

I like to use ���� as a catalyst for the work but I go with the most innocent martial as possible. As more and more of the internal penis comes forward you will be able to make longer jerks in motion as new penis will appear.

I like to spend about 45-60 minutes doing these to get the best results.


Attach Cock Ring to keep pump for as long as possible.

How can I know that my current program is not working or have to switch with other routine?

Been doing the above program for 3 weeks.

He should also add 10 minutes of bundled stretching with the length master right before each hanging session. Deform the tunica right before hanging.
