Recentley I got a sizegenetics (1 week ago) and I own a Bathmate. I have gone through various routines within only two months or so of Penis Enlargement. I thought of this routine and am trying it out today. So far so good. The reason I am doing this routine is because wearing the SG at school is a hassle because it is visible and hard to longboard with.

So I wake up pop 3 MALEEXTA and get ready and get in the car for school. I kegel all the way there (15 min.) and throughout classes. Drive home (15. min kegel) so all in all I do a shit ton of kegels. Once at home I warm up in shower and pump my Bathmate for 10 min. then (ssj with kegels) pump for 15 to 20 min more then (ssj with kegels) finally I pump for 5 to 10 min then (ssj with kegel) Now I try to get my SG on (expansion makes this difficult) and I wear it with almost all the bars till bed (5-8 hours). I take it off every hour or two and I occasionally kegel with the SG on. Finally I do a mini pump session for 10 minutes with some SSJ before bed. Fall asleep and repeat every day. Side Note: I eat really well and excersice 4 days out of the week at 7 pm (take SG off while lifting).

So that is a basic summary of my routine. Any advice on this? I believe it is a good routine because I have an intense girth session and I use the girthy expanded tissue to stretch even more lengthwise with my SG. I kegel almost all day to maintain healthy erections. I am pretty close to all the bars on my SG, can I request the company to send me more? Any tips on my routine would be nice. I know you are all going to say add some manuel stretches or jelqs but frankly I have done them in the past and really just like how my expansion is after this routine instead. I suppose some manuel stretches couldn't hurt.
 
Ya I read the SRT theory. I am trying to practically apply that by using the SG after my girth workout. I guess I could use an UJS during school and some stretches in the morning. But that seems a bit overkill. Thanks anyways n8dogg.....to bad nate dogg died....rip.
 
Ya he was OG.

I would definitely do manuel stretches for 5 minutes before and inbetween sets with the SG. I wouldn't really recommend doing a full girth routine before using the SG. Everynow and then its ok but atleast for me I don't get get length sessions and alwasy get fluid retention.
 
Also It wouldn't be overkill. I do a pretty heavy routine copying the SRT myself which basically involves hanging 3 sets a day, Stretching with LengthMaster before Sg and inbetween sets, then hit DlDs Bathmate routine doing clamping inbetween sets. All has been going well.

So pretty much do some stretches in between when i take the SG off and put it back on? Thanks man! What have been your total gains in length and girth and how long have you been Penis Enlargementing? I just started if you read my signature.
 
If yer as impatient in making gains as you are in bumping threads; I'd say you're a prime candidate for injury.

Slow down a bit, learn, gain valuable experience.
Y'can't rush the change of seasons.

I have been nothing but kind on these forums and for you to say I am a prime candidate for injury isn't cool at all. Plus don't assume I am impatient with my gains. I already have a huge dick so why would I want to hurry through the process. I am simply asking advice on the specific routine I posted. I am not asking to be talked down to. DLD and Supra have been super kind to me. Only if you took after them. Only reason I bumped was because I don't want to pump at night after SG if it is a bad idea. I needed to know because night was upon me. Thanks for making me feel like a part of the community.

Honestly for this guy to be a moderator he is very confrontational.

Thanks my friend thependulum! He wasn't really being that rude but he kinda got me mad when he said that comment about injury. No one wants to hear that. If he wants to tell me that tell me over a private message. It is obvious he was just mad that I bumped twice but seriously it isn't that big of a deal because I kinda needed to know the information by tonight.

Anyways good to hear from you thependulum! So any replies to my updated routine? PS-I really like the SG. It is fun and pretty easy to adjust to. Obviously for only having it for about a week I can't give you a solid review but I suggest putting some change away every week to save up for one!

Thanks for the advice GOALBIG. Ya I love the stretches, wonder why I stopped doing them? They really felt good in the past. I guess because I got the SG I figured why do them.....but now I am going to do them right before I put on the SG so I can heal from the Hardcore Stretches! THANKS!!!! BIG HELP MAN!

I second this guy. And no no comments since I don't even own sg. But I like how u just are making up a routine for yaself that's what I did. And in regards to my last post that isn't the first time I've saw him get a lil snappy with a post. After being a lurker for a while I try to avoid thread with him in them because he can be confrontational and VERY sarcastic. I hope he reads this and understands that he can sometimes be discouraging to other users. I hope he does NOT read this and think I am trying to insult him either. But if I get banned all of a sudden you will know why. Maxameyes could you please be a little more responsible with your post? It's for the better of MOS thank you.
 
I find that stretching using the rubber gator gets a better stretch than pulling on the tube. Make an "ok" sign around the gator and pull out. Use the other hand to hold the gator in place.

Thanks for the input. As far as Maxameyes goes, mabye he just likes running a tight ship. He possibly doesn't like bumps haha. I am cool and not too offended :) He obviously stresses going slow with Penis Enlargement and to stay informed. I couldn't agree more. So when I ask for help on my routine why doesn't he (since he is obviously educated in Penis Enlargement) give me a solid answer instead of posting about bumps? Look I am done talking about it.

Let us get back on discussing Penis Enlargement and on how to polish my new routine.

I think he just gets sick of no one using the search. New people come here and ask the same questions all the time when they could use the search and find right what they want.
