Do they work?
I've recently become curious about gaining another inch in length and regular stretching although mostly effective, just isn't do able right now with all the girth.
but i figured i could maybe do a few stretches in the AM and then put the extender on for a good 5-7 hours, then later in the PM afternoon, i could do some girth, and slam the adc one for a few hours (hopefully, i keep getting fluid retention) and the at night maye an hour or two more in the extender?
But has anyone seen actual erect gain using just the extender? ?:(

theres a guy here called jakem82, he claims he gained a lot whit the SG doing bundles stretches using the SG. i own a PF my self and i ahve been using for the last 3 months or something and i have noticed a bigger flaccid....

i've been thinking of something lately, back when i gained that first inch, i did like 1000 jelqs a day, i wonder if i stretched in every direction (like phase 1) the wore a SG extender all day, the in the after noon did like 1000, i think i may be able to catch that length again.
 
Extenders can work in the right conditions. For a total newbie, with a virgin penis, he can essentially gain his "newbie gains" with an extender. For the guy already doing PE, it may add some additional benefit, but don't kid yourself into thinking you can quit everything else and only use your extender and make gains. It's such a low level of tension. Also, don't buy an extender thinking you will actually be able to go right ahead and wear it wherever you like in your daily life like a new part of your wardrobe. These are cantankerous contraptions that take getting used to. What used to be a quick pee break may now take 5+ extra minutes. Then there's the extra bulge to work around, potential chafing, and the possibility it could unscrew and fall down your pant leg. Definitely do some thinking first and if you buy one, experiment at home for a week or so before wearing in public.

Exactly my thoughts as well, I gained about an inch with one, but it took over a year combined with manual exercises. They are a good length supplement for conditioned guys the same way an adc is a good girth supplement. And like still said, they can be cantankerous. I found it to be worth the investment in the long run though, an inch is an inch after all.

Hey Still, are you still making the little clamps for girth? cable clamps break way to easily, im getting very tired of having to buy new ones all the time.
Been thinking about just getting a regular hose tie/clamp with a turn key.

There are plenty of men in the Routines and Progress forums that have either used the SizeGenetics in conjunction with exercise, like SRT, and others who have gone exclusively SizeGenetics that have made incredible gains. The SizeGenetics is good for both active and passive PE, meaning it is effective in making gains and also healing those gains. You need to get in at least 2 hours a day to make gains and you need to be consistent. Everything in the Brotherhood works, but you gotta work it.
 
STILL-Awesome, i want one, they also look like they give a better over all compression then the cable clamp.
The cable clamp is a bitch because with wrapping sometimes getting a good constriction is some what hit and miss.

Ya, the SRT makes more and more sense everytime i read it, the foundation for gains is deffinitely TUT! Im going to be purchasing the SG, but im really only looking to get the basic package, matters has no discount for that one i believe.
It's so funny because when i first started and combined stretching and did 1000 tight grip jelqs a day, that's when i made huge length gains, but the second i stopped the jelqs i stopped gaining length, but never realized the connection because i always thought jelqs where for girth.

Yes, I designed the "skeleton" of the original design around the width of two cable clamps. From my experience with clamping, two clamps at the base gave the best expansion. My clamp allows for much more adjustment and on a much finer incremental scale due to the fine threaded adjustment bolt/nut.

SRT does take multiple reads to get everything in check but it is so worth the education on any level in PE.

I've done PE on and off since about 2002, so I was conditioned when I started, and that's probably why I didn't see newbie gains like a lot of people. It is a slow yet steady process for sure.

Could you tell me what you routine was like, hours in the extender daily and what manuals and stuff like that?
I need an inch, that's what im goig for! haha

I was mainly doing four one hour sessions a day, trying to keep them consecutive if possible. It seems to work better if the time is basically continuous (besides breaks every hour or so to restore blood flow). And 20 minutes of stretching, jelqs, and bundles in the morning and at night. It's a pretty easy routine to follow once you figure out the extender. I had a hard time gaining length and this worked for me, it just took a while.

Thats awesome dude, thanks! i believe that jelqs work more for length than girth, i never made any girth back in the day but made great length.
i wounder if its actually possible to gain girth and length simultaneously?
 
They always seem to go hand and hand for me, but I always have tried to balance the two. Working only length or girth seems counter productive to me. If you focus on length only your EQ will go to shit. I posted a thread about bundled ulis called "great tunica stretch", check that out because it works well with extender work! Definitely not for beginners, but I know you are well versed in this stuff brother.
 
Remember folks, the SizeGenetics/Jes came out a very long time ago and a massive number of men have used it, if they did not work SizeGenetics would have been out of business years ago. Remember, using the SizeGenetics is enough to make gains but incorporating parts of SRT into the mix will bring gains so much faster.
