Little fella, you need to read my story. I used to ADH at least 8 hours a day while wearing my ADS anytime I wasn't wearing my ADH setup. I used TheGRIP system's setup. I'd use my leg strap + vacuum chamber (for hanging weights), attach it right above my knee, and I could easily get 5+ pounds as long as I wanted. I went for months without ever letting my penis turtle. Unless I was pissing or having sex, I was wearing the ADH setup or my ADS setup (g-flex sleeve with weight attachment hook around the waist).

I severely fatigued my penis. I took a full month off and was still sore. I gained about .5" from it at the end. At my peak I was getting .75" longer erections. But when I was doing extreme length training (beginning in October til April if I recall correctly), the fatigue started to set in in around March or April. It was a delayed effect.

But yes, you CAN overtrain length. I would never recommend this type of training to anyone. You'll put way too much strain on your penis.

I'd start hanging an hour a day max for at least a month, if not two or more. This stuff takes time to realize what your penis can handle. I honestly don't know how ithiel does it, but I'm guessing his genetics allow his penis to recover much faster than what mine could given the same situation. As always, "It's better to be safe than sorry," especially when something as delicate as your penis is on the line! (no pun intended)
 
Hi little fella, glad to hear 5 min breaks are working for you. What angles are you using? How much weight are you using? How many sets per day? What is your LOT and exit point? I want to help you after knowing these answers.
 
Well it really depends on the day that I am having if I am flat out I hang as often as I can when I can but I would say on average I am hanging about 10 sets of 20 minutes a day at 3 pounds I am using straight down hanging while sitting also while standing I am also hanging to the side with a pully device that I have made for my chair. What is LOT and exit points though?
 
im hanging at 6 sets of 20 mins at 12 lbs. about to step it up to 15lbs. my flaccid is out of control
 
Atlyroc I am feeling same way the increase in size overall is amazing do you do any manual stretching as well.
 
i do 1 to 2 set of manualls a day. superset btc left right down then bundle blaster 3 sets then striahg tout left right then bundle blaster 3 sets same thing straight up. total of 9 sets of each. then i do a power assist routine. make up from lack of some of the sets of hanging. 15 to 20 supra slammers. sometime superset with girth busters . all done with 3 to 5 hundred jelqus
 
LOT is when you stretch your cock straight up, kegel, then slightly go down, kegel, and repeat until you notice a LOSS IN TUGBACK. This represent lig potential. Exit point is getting hard and standing in front of the mirror. Look at it next to the very bottom of the groin. Is it close to the bottom like most �naked people movies� stars? If its medium or high this also shows lig potential. Throw in BTC hanging. Hang your ass off the bed or chair and dick going between the nuts. Bump up the amount of weight soon.
