Ok this is my step by step session.. let's see if it is ok or can be improved.

- Warm up 5 min:i've noticed that without it my penis is literally covered of red dots at the end of the session so i'm doing it just to prepare my dick.
- turn up some good �naked people movies�
- wrap my flaccid at the base with 2 layers of mouse pad
- put the clamp close to the base but i push it more down later
- stimulate.. close 2 clicks... stimulate push down the clamp firmly...close 2 clicks..
up to 2 more theeth left.
-now i set the time to 10 mins

during the entire set I watch my �naked people movies� + continuosly stimulate my glans with a "lubed" (not truly lubed) hand to maintain the max eq level + massage balls

I do like this for the first two sets and at the third I close another click to 1 tooth left.. i must use more wrap but i don't run out of clicks at the moment.

Feelings and expansion:
- immediately after closing the clamp i can see a 0.15-0.2" girth increase due to all the veins and a pumped corpus spongiosum
- i never exceed a 0.25" expansion clamped near the end of the third set.. (remember that i'm at 4.75 unclamped girth.. maybe a bigger cock can have a bigger expansion.. don't know..)
- when i close the clamp to the last click and push it down in the fat pad i can see a moderate discomfort that goes away during the set.. this is good or bad? i must go for the discomfort for all the set?

opinions , suggestions and comments welcome.

Are you closing the clamp as tight as it will go and still having teeth left, or do you only close it so much, yet still have an easy time closing it? When I clamp, it takes all the strength I can muster to close my clamp before it won’t close anymore. Fear not, you won’t totally cut off blood flow. Discomfort from closing the clamp could be from pinched skin under your wrap. You may want to make sure before closing your clamp that you smooth out skin under your wrap to make sure you are not getting pinched. Also, smooth out your wrap under your clamp as much as you can. Let me know if that helps.
 
yes i'm using a lot of force..maybe I can push a bit more hard to only one tooth left from the first set but at the moment i've never closed the clamp all the way down because it simply doesn't close. The discomfort i'm talking about seems to be due to the internal pressure not from pinched skin.
 
the first time i've used your technique step by step i couldn't go more than 3 clicks left.. now i'm at one.. maybe my penis is accustomed to this pressure and i can go further

After I do a set my penis seems to adjust per se and I can also tighten my clamps another click usually. Your penis may just need to adjust to the new stress from clamping. It sounds like you're doing it right otherwise. Have you tried a thicker, single piece wrap? Using two pieces may be causing the discomfort by pinching...even though you don't think it's from pinching. Try a thicker wrap just for comparison. Make sure also, that you pull your wrap pretty snugly around your penis, smooth out the skin, then put your clamp on. Hoping I can help you clamp better.
 
I've had great luck using strips cut from an old wetsuit for my wraps. The new neoprene comes in 2mm thickness but it is still really soft and comfortable. I cut it to a width that I like and then cut it to length. I have different lengths that I can wrap to desired thickness. I leave the width with enough room to comfortable double clamp.

I also have a few extra long pieces that I use to wrap the whole shaft for warmdown.

I pop them open several clicks, enough to restore full circulation, but leave them on so I don't have to unwrap/rewrap.
 
update:

Expansion: +0.25" clamped.
Feelings: after the first minutes the set become comfortable so tomorrow I will try with more wrap and more pressure.
For the wrap i'm thinking to 2 layers of mouse pad with in a strip of sock.

The problem now is that after the sets i can take a +0.1-0.2" erect girth unclamped but after 24 hours nothing remains! DAMN!!!!

hi swm, i have just finished my daily clamping session.
3x 12min
today i have measured a 5.1 midshaft clamped girth! nice!
just a question: at the third set my pienis was engorged to 5.1 but wasn't very very hard.. more spongy but the glans was shiny and smooth. It is ok?

That is how I feel after a very intense workout so I think it sounds fine. Still will know better about clamping.

If you mean me? I started with a full 1/4" more girth. When I was 5.5" and smaller in erect girth (again on the SHAFT not "base") I used a thicker wrap like a sock.
 
Shape of penis also may also give a different fit, even if size is the same.

I've been doing 3x sets as well.
Over time I felt like I wasn't getting the most out of the routine so I've added a few things.
My first set is with one clamp, full clicks for 30 minutes.

2nd and 3rd sets are two clamp sets for 20 - 30 minutes.
I go as long as I can letting temperature, color and feel decide when enough is enough.
First clamp is full click and I keep adding clicks during the set on the second clamp to maintain maximum pressure.

So far I've been happy with the results.

That's pretty much my basic clamp routine.
When time allows I mix in some pumping between sets as well as some jelqs, uli's, etc.
I like to finish in the shower for a warmdown with a lot of jelqs to reduce any FR, move some blood around and just keep things loose.

A few weeks ago I "discovered" a stretch that seems to be working during my warmdown.
I'm sure it has a name but it goes like this.

I start with some fast jelqs that efectively works as edging.
When I get close I stop and I get a good uli palm out grip close to the pubic bone.
Keeping the uli grip I pull stretches left, right, up, down, out, etc.
The stretches are really deep and I feel the ligs working.
Added benefit is that I'm getting the uli compression as well while keeping the testosterone trapped in my penis from the jelq/edging.

Seems to be working and I've had less turtling after my workouts with a nice flacid hang.
I say flacid hang, but my cock feels heavy and thick like a pork roll.
Needless to say, I'm enjoying the results.

Here are some news:
I'm doing 3 sets of 12-15 min at least 4 times per week but I do 5 times everytime I can and it happens often.
The feeling is good, expansion at midshaft at the widest point where I have also more veins is +0.4" at the end of the third set and this is really motivating to see (total girth 5.15 clamped midshaft at the end of the third set).
No more warmup.. my dick doesn't need it anymore.
My only doubt is that a lot of this expansion is fluid.. what do you think about it?
Erection quality very good
A lot of red dots on my penis and also a darker color except the "white" ring at the base (similar to swm pictures)
My time for Pe is limited to about 1 hour/ day.

Thoughts for the future:
- increase intensity with more wrap or some exercise clamped
- add pumping
