Hey guys,
I am not new to Penis Enlargement I started more than a year ago (april 2006) and I joined MOS more than a moth ago. I use stretching device too but I have not use it in long time due to injuries around my glans or below it. Right now I am about 6 7/8" length (started at 6") and 5 34" girth (started at 5 1/2"). I am 6 7/8" since January this year thats when I stopped Penis Enlargement and SD. I tried to started again but after while I stopped this was going on for last 7 moths due to my problems in my personal life problem I was not able to focus on Penis Enlargement. I am trying to Penis Enlargement for almost moth and half straight without stopping and hope for gains which have not appear yet whatsoever. I am getting kind of frustrated from it. I know i can stretch my cock beyond my erect size more than ever before and my flaccid size increased to a little bit but my erect size remains the same. Do you think improvement of my erect size knocking on the door? Other question is my workout what do you think about this:

a suck stretch to for direction and 180 degrease for count of 30 for each set
that takes me approximately around 30 min with warm up and warm down

than later on in day (let say after couple hours) I do 500 jelq with some stretching

Is this enough? Should add more exercise? I focus mainly on length. I don't maybe I should do the a stretch since I am not gaining now. What do you think guys? A little help please!
 
I would go back to DLD's basic Newbie routine after taking that much time off. Go back to his basic routine--with jelqing and stretching both. You'll find it at the top of page one of the Newbie Forum.
 
I sure did newbie routine for about 3 weeks and than I've changed the normal newbie stretching for the advanced. You think I should go back for the basic routine?

great advice from goingfor11x7. I totally agree.
You should do the newbie routine for much more than 3 weeks. It doesn´t work the way that the advanced routines makes you gain any faster.
The newbie routine could be done for as long as you are gaining with it. And before you leave it behind you should at least do it for a couple of months.

The advanced exercises/routines is created for you when you no longer get gains from the newbie routine and need to move on to another intensity level.
The newbie routine makes you gain, but aslo makes you build up a penis that can tolerate higher intensity exercises.
 
ok I get it but i do the newbie routine plus the sock stretch in the morning the rest i havent changed i do the regular jelq 500 rep and the basic stretch. you think this is alright fedora? i dono i doesnt seem like i over working my pennis!

If anyone overworked their penis it would be me:) At one time my routine (if I remember correctly) looked like this:

AM
6:00- Stretching session (30 minutes)
6:30- Jeqing session (1 hour)
One the way to work: Lazy Ass Stretches (20 Minutes)
At Work: Lazy ass stretches the entire day except the times I was able to visit the bathroom.
With ever piss: Dry Jelqs (as many as I could get in without suspicion)
On the way home: Lazy Ass Stretches accompanied with PC Work.
One home, 6:00: 30 minutes stretching.
Before bed (or sex:)) Another 1 hour of jelqing (nothing beats a jelqed cock for sex:))
In bed after sex: Stretches until I fell asleep.

I have made good gains and I have never experienced an injury to my penis directly due to Penis Enlargement.

I think if my routine looked like this I sure could buy a new cock pretty soon :) 'cause mine would die :). Anyway I would like to ask you DLD have you ever tried jelqing downward? I am doing 400 upward and 100 downward just wondering if anyone tried it before if it is beneficial anyhow?

I have jelqed every way under the sun.:) For me it was always a upward stroke that worked for me in the basic jelq but for others it may be different.
 
WOW WOW WOW! DLD, that is an INTENSE routine! Thats like lifting a dumbell every second of the day lol

Seriously though, I dont think many of us could put in that kind of time. At the moment I am so proud of my current committment level. I give an hour to complete the newbie stretches (incl warm up downs) and 45 mins to my wet jelqs (incl warm up downs...I do 600-1000 at a fairly fast tempo). Then I give 5-10 mins for the pc work n afew for the T massage!
Do you think there is hope for me, 6 weeks in I havent gained a mm, wouldnt be too worried its just I tried to gain for 3 months last time and got nothing that time! Its so hard to keep positive...hell I am trying though, I keep saying, "you gotta give this thing time, at least 2-3 months before expecting to see a gain", but at the back of my mind there is this fear this will never work for me...maybe my penis is too resisitant?! Sorry for my negativity...I bet you see this all too often and then see us gain afew months later lol I would really appreciate hearing back from you DLD.

We ALL feel that way, that deep down we won't gain a millimeter. If we didn't have self-doubt, we wouldn't be here to begin with.

Hang in there longer with DLD's Newbie routine. I would give it four months minimum. I did, and it was during the fourth month, that I really started to gain.

Another thing, try jelqing straight out at 90 degrees, then when you get to the end of your dick, grab it,hold on tight, and stretch it real hard in a downward motion--so each motion might last from 2 to 4 seconds. That way, you can combine the jelq and the stretch in one motion.

DLD gained with the upward stretches. I gained and still do with the downward stretches. But I have a high LOT, whatever that is worth. It IS debatable.

Remember that trial and error is important in P.E.

OK! 4 months it is mate! How hard do you stretch at the end of your jelq reps goinfor? I presume if there is blood in your penis then u cant stretch as hard as a completely flaccid stretch?
Another thing...this may be hard to answer...how should a jelq feel. People often ask how should a stretch feel, but when jelqing I can often feel a throbbing sensation in my shaft and head. I guess thats a good thing caused by blood overloading that area right?

Also, I was reading a post by dld yesterday about expressive stretching. What is a LOT? (and how do you know if you have a high or low LOT?) Is a LOT where ur penis attaches to the pubic bone? I read that sometimes downward stretches are best for ppl with certain LOT's. I must admit, downward stretches hit me the most.
Is the tunica the expossed shaft that you can see and the ligs are hidden within the skin? Sorry...just no idea whats what when it comes to LOT's and tunicas!

I'll answer your questions one at a time. LOT means "lack of tugback." It's when you pull your flaccid dick straight out, let's say at 90 degrees, or higher and then you kegel. You can feel the "bounce" as you kegel and your dick pulls back or "tugs." Then you keep kegeling as you lower your stretched out dick from let's say 90 degrees to 80 degrees, 70 degrees and so forth. If you like, you can you use the hours on the clock. For example, a high LOT or high lack of tugback when you kegel would be ten or eleven o'clock. A low LOT or lack of tugback would be six o'clock. The higher the tugback, that is when your dick stops "tugging back," (according to this theory), the more gains you can make by pulling your dick in the downward direction rather than upwards. My LOT was always high, so I did my yanking in the downward direction. That still seems to be the case for me. Many P.E.ers swear by this theory.
 
I pull it outward and downward damned hard when I reach the end of my jelqing stroke. You'll have to play it by ear here. Remember I don't jelq at higher than 50% erect--sometimes just 30% erect. I don't jelq at a higher level of hardness because I don't want to injure myself. I've also reached the age when I rarely have a woody higher than ten o'clock. I do reach an occasional eleven o'clocker if I have been jelqing daily. But twelve o'clock (against the belly) is out of the question. I'm sure I had twelve o'clockers when I was sixteen but at my age, who remembers?

The throbbing feeling in your dick as you charge it with blood is GREAT!! That means, as you have indicated, that you are filling your growing dick with as much blood as possible. The more blood you can get in your shaft, the better. I love it when I can fill the end of my shaft and the dick head to the point that it reaches better than two inches in length and width and turns deep purple--2.25" is max for me.

Just be careful with the squeezes. They are great but you can pop a blood vessel which I have always avoided.

Cheers for the LOT explanation, I understand it a lot more now. So 12 O clock would be straight up against your stomach, 3 O clock (or 9 depending on which way down you go) would be horizontal, and 6 is straight down (and I guess 90 degrees would be horizontal too?) I will try and figure out my lot today! I know I kind of tried it and I definitely dont get much tug back at 6 o clock!

I am doing 100 or so of your jelqs at the end of my jelqs ...i am going to christen them "goinforjelqs":) lol Must admit they feel kinda strange still. It almost hurts when I squeeze the head and stretch down! Thats why I am only doing 100 or so at the so far! Will try and increase them!

You don't really need to squeeze the head. Just try to grasp the whole thing firmly without squeezing it. If you pull all your foreskin over the head before you grasp it, that may help as well. If it still hurts, you may need to get some of those cloth or latex gloves from the drugstore to help you hold on without squeezing it.
