I'm still thinking of hanging instead because hanging is less time consuming and it gives a greater force than extender.

When we see the truth in something that was always veiled in myth it can be very sobering. Knowing that you are so close to these masters should give you so much motivation to get to their size. Knowing these guys are not as big as claimed it makes PE and getting to that size a reality.

I would be available to help in this case because German is my first language. I just don't think that the PeniMaster cap is large enough for advanced users. I have the feeling it is sized like the medium or large Phallosan chamber.

Those who cannot use the PenilMasterPro can substitute it with the Phallosan or hanging.

Allright, but hanging is another thing for sure. I am just wondering: You mentioned that you prefer the PeniMaster over the Phallosan. Is there a reason for that? The systems look so similar.

The reason why I said I prefer the PenilMasterPro to the Phallosan is because I believe with the PenilMasterPro, you will get maximum tension/intensity than the Phallosan. I have used the Phallosan before but I gave up because the condom sleeves weren't durable to be used at max tension. If you want to use the Phallosan and make gains, you must do so at max tension and also combine manual exercises or preferably the length master to it.

I believe you are making good gains from your hanging right?

No, I am not making length gains and I gave up on the idea of gains pretty much. I just do PE for pleasure now and I combine this with edging and don't try to ejaculate for as long as seems feasible without creating too much stress on the system. Hanging didn't help me, even at 20 lbs. Now I am hanging just because the stretch feels good, some sets between 4.5 and 11 pounds - but I do them for longer periods of time.

I use the Phallosan as a 'curing' (like heating up metals and put them in an oven where they can cool down slowly to get better properties) device after pumping or hanging. When I sit on my chair I still want to feel as if I am exercising. I use low tension all the time.

I wanted to make length gains but I no longer want to be disappointed. Additionally I don't want to change my routine in something that I don't enjoy doing - something that would rely heavily on discipline. I just do my 45 or 90 minutes of pumping per day + 0.5 - 2 hours of hanging + Phallosan in between and if that is not enough then I don't know. I have the feeling if I stop focus on gains then they could come easier.
 
That is some serious commitment, but you already know that a change in routine or some kind of increase will need to happen you continue without gaining. I admire your dedication but I also feel terrible you are not seeing gains🙁 if you ever want to work on your routine let me know and I can help.

But I thought you made gains from hanging in the past and you are up to 8 inches in length now? You didn't gain at all from hanging for 1 year?

Are you just straight pumping or are you using the SRT method of 3x3x5?

Straight pumping Bathmate up to 10 minutes per day.

I do the majority of sets on the other water pump on the couch. But everything without fancy technique. However my girth gains are good, just not the length gains. Therefore I don't really look at the pumping sessions when evaluating my length gains. However I found those Bathmate measurements helpful.

I will say you didn't attack length meaningfully. Manual PE is very important even if you are hanging or using an extender. I am about going into hanging with intention of combining it with 1 hour length master session for 6 months. I will surely gain. As long as you follow the SRT instructions, gains will come.

I will accept that. Indeed I avoided manual exercises. Will buy the Lengthmaster next year though. At the moment I will just continue with what feels compatible to my lifestyle.
 
There’s the problem, 10 minutes of pumping the day will do barely anything. I suggest you start pumping in three sets of five minute pump and followed by five minutes of the slow squash jelq. After one session you’ll see an incredible improvement and over a month to three months you’re going to see permanent gains. There are also things you can add of course I would look through SRT and see if there’s anything in that routine that would help you with your current routine. I know time is always a issue so be creative with the time you have the exercises you can get in.

Pumping for just one set of 10 minutes is not enough I think. All the people on this forum that have made massive girth gains pumped in the super set manner.
