This is my second post. Although it should’ve been my first one, lol. I joined up because of the wealth of information that everyone is sharing openly without any shame! That is exactly the type of environment or I should say form of people I would like to be associated with while I work down this path.

My primary goal is girth, but if I get a little length along with it I’m OK with that lol. But overall I’m pretty OK with my current length.

Today I jumped in with handwork using DLDs method. Did a warm-up did the OK exercise, then tried doing the splashes and I was not over exerting, I think I got my first glimpse of microtears. I noticed extreme redness and some red dots or very small splotches around the shaft. I honestly freaked out for a minute. Thinking I broke my dick. L O L

Then I re-search the form and realized I was just being a big pussy baby. …….😂

Guess I’m really sensitive or I was overzealous, although I was holding back a lot and not really putting too much strain, so I thought, on my number. Will be looking into getting a Mityvac very soon. Any advice comments, feedback, is all welcome as I have seen that this group shares openly freely and does not judge. Happy to be part of the group!
 
I'll be honest, I didn't experience any of those at first start, only when I was in around 6 months on my third newbie routine. Just remember this is a marathon so you should never ever feel like something is breaking or overdoing it. You should feel like you had a great session, but never feel you went overboard. Once you start water pumping you will be on cloud 9. Congrats on starting and godspeed.
 
Somethings I always recommend. Warm up is crucial, RED + NIR light is amazing, I use coconut oil for jelqing it helped with my skin stretching, place a cock ring on your balls if you ever feel like your balls are going into the cylinder during a water pump.
 
When you get the mityvac, do the below routine:

5 minutes Slow Squash Jelq
5 minutes pumping

5 minutes Slow Squash Jelq
5 minutes pumping

5 minutes Slow Squash Jelq
5 minutes pumping

When you are done with the routine, wear your cock ring for 1 hour. You can buy the Duro ring from the MOS shop.

Remember to also get some generic Viagra. You want to break one tablet of 100mg into 4 pieces. You take one piece and chew it for quick action then drink water to swallow it. After 20 to 25 minutes, you are good to start your session.

Once you get the mityvac, you start pumping gently. Do not go above 5hg. Allow your body to adapt to the routine gradually.

@Mullet Welcome to the MOS brotherhood. We should share and why do we feel embarrassed of what we've achieved or trying to. We're all bros here.

Listen to @huge-girth on going easy at first to find that suitable baseline for yourself. Some of us already went beyond titan's and Hulk's mode with crazy high intensity. Even long time veterans in the PE, once we resume again from the very long break, we have to do the same easing in again to get our penile body back into adaptive mode. Too hard too fast will make you feel regretful very soon.
 
Always ease into it in the beginning and increase your intensity as you go. This measured approve approach will bring you the greatest gains possible.
