well guys After I stoped jelking and using my cock ring my gains are almost gone(6 inches in the past. 6.125 a month ago) I have made alot of research and I've been experimenting for about a month now and everything seem to be ok, I've just discovered a way to gain 1 inch of temporary girth, which is crazy as my 6 inches seem to be the sweet spot, but I love the way girls are shocked when I pull out that monster(6 x 7).

I am intrigued on how this "Water Pumping" methods work... and why they dont last too long? as in days

the Method I just "Rediscovered" are really old(1890s) and it's used has been discontinued due to High Health risks. the issue was they were trying to do it Permanently, while I dont want this to be permanently.

I'll let you guys guess what I am talking about and then I'll let you know, it not a secret on the penis enlargement history

To each their own, we all take a different Penis Enlargement path and methods some of us view as safe and have gotten results while they are viewed as dangerous by others. Its all in what your comfort level is with the risks associated with any type of body morph project you begin.

The important thing is to voice methods within the community so that others who may have experience with them can help/ask questions/contribute and also help those first time people in to making a decision on what fits right for them.

that is partially correct... but only on the Volume thing(adding volume),

but its incorrect on a few notes. first, Synthol is an Oil and Saline solution is not, saline will be absorbed by your system naturally as it has the same osmotic presure as blood. Second is Synthol is injected intra muscular, and this is injected subcutaneously(under skin) and Third: this is a Temporary gain of 6 days at most as water is slowly absorbed by your own body, unlike Oils that are permanet..

Do you have any pictures before and after the injection? Also, how would you even it out so there are no lumps or unevenness in the penis?

I dont have, but I'll get them soon as I just can wait and have the saline injections be absorbed. .. you massage the penis so the big lumps wont be so obious, you will notice the first time you have sex it will even out even more

you just need to make sure you dont pinch small blood veins.. but follow normal advised before injecting, like useing alcohol to clean the part where you would be injecting. use sterile syringes and pharmacy grade saline solutions
 
In theory, if you devised a way to get great temporary gains when ever you needed to for occasions....it would kinda be permanent if you had it down to an art. (obviously its not truly permanent) but for all intense purposes......
 
I don't think I could ever inject into my penis, but it does sound intriguing though. I would like to see pics of what the outcome can look like.

Main Outcome Measures.  From April 2006 to February 2008, 50 patients were enrolled and 41 patients were followed until 18 months after PGE. Changes in penile girth at midshaft were measured by tapeline at 1 and 18 months. Patient's visual estimation of residual volume (Gr 0–4), patient's satisfaction (Gr 0–4), and any adverse reactions were also evaluated.

Results.&#8194; Mean injected volume was 20.56 cc (18&#8211;22). Compared with basal girth of 7.48 ± 0.35 cm, maximal circumference was significantly increased to 11.41 ± 0.34 cm at 1 month (P < 0.0001) and maintained as 11.26 ± 0.33 cm until 18 months. In patient's visual estimation, two patients complained the decrease as Gr 3 with focal depression at 1 month. At 18 months, all patients answered as Gr 4 without asymmetry. When i'm edging after my Penis Enlargement session i feel so much bigger than i remember being that its so inspiring. I am always cautious about the safety of my penis, thats why I experimented first with Saline serum instead, I have documented myself and found that injecting Paraffin under the penile fascia worked in the short term with reports of gains up to an inch in girth, but with life threatening consequences in the long Run, so I said, hey how about testing such method with Saline untill an acceptable dermal filler was found... and it works, but its last only about 6 days, so I started looking for a viable solution, so I kept searching and found the miraculously Hyaluronic Acid. http://www.plasticsurgery.org/cosmetic-procedures/dermal-fillers-hyaluronic-acid.html

I have yet to inject it, but will surely keep you guys updated

the Hyaluronic acid Gel injections reveiw as follows...

No pain watsoever, more denser than saline and feels more natural... but since the kind I was using here is the cheap one it didnt last more than 2 weeks...

so I am back at the drawing board... the H.A Gel that will work is the one $400 per seringe,

As at January this year, many people doubted air pumping because it is not common. But now I've gained from it and also did @MosMaster
