Haven't done ANY pe since the 18th. Took some time off to let some tissues heal up and to rest for the upcoming 30 days starting tomorrow.
 
This is my first post and i am wondering what your routine was for gaining all that size. How long did it take to get to any gain?Thanx

Welcome to the forums bro. Glad you are here.

Routine was raleey nothing special. Just start with stretches in every direction ...Straight out , left right up down, and the in the crank style. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds. Start with moderate pressure when stretching. Jelq for 5 minutes to begin with. Inrease the time a little each ween as your penis gets conditioned to it.

To be honest i went for more than 18 months with no growth because i was listening to bad advice from several other sites. I joined here in early june and the growth started almost immediately. I was something like the 30th person to join here and now its 1000's of members. I will gladly give you some more intense pointers after you have been at it for a while. If you start really intense in the beginning you are asking for an injury.

i have pe ing for 4 months now with little results and i wanted to know your exact routine. I didnt do a really intense routine till last week. i just started a new routine and wanted to know if its good because im lookin for mostly length gains (impressed with your gains) but girth is also good.

2 sets of each direction for one min (10 mins = 5 directions)
the A stretch for one min, 5 sets
the V stretch for one min, 5 sets
kegels throughout the day (bout 1000 or more)
i dont know what this is called but pullin it soft straight out and doing 2 sets of 50 kegels
then 1000 dry jelqs(ouch!.j/k)

Tell me what you think and i dont mind at all on any suggestions

My measurements are below jus in case your curious
flaccid length 3.5 not bone pressed
erect length not bone pressed 5.5
erect length bone pressed 6.75
erect girth 5.25

By march of 2004 i want to hit 6 in girth and 7 in non bone pressed length....do you think this is a dream or maybe a reality
 
OK my bad i thought you was a newbie and i would never tell a newbie to try this routine.

First what you are doing sounds good. How much time can you afford to spend a day in pe? I think my real secret was that i was doing some kind of stretch at least once every 2 hours. I worked 3 jobs during that period of growth wneh the first 2 inches came. I spent my breaks and lunch times in the bathroom stretching. Jelqing i only did once a day. I alternated dry and wet jelqing .One day wet one day dry. I had been brainwashed at some paysites and chatrooms that you only stretched until you felt a slight tug at the base of your penis. I never grew at all using that method. Heck that wouldn't pull me out of a daydream. I add serious intensity. I pulled just to the point of pain then reduced slightly and held the stretch or jelq. I also changed to a 90% erection or more to get the growth started.

You might consider hanging as well.

It doesn't matter if i think you can make your goal by whatever date. DO YOU believe YOU CAN do it? ALL things are possible if you only believe.
 
Switched to tunica stretching and hanging for a few days now. I could NOT hang consistently with the BTC routine. My lot had dropped nearly to 6 so i figure a change is in order. This is a much different feel than BTC. At least there is no skin stretch.

I'm not after your position or crown, just a man on a mission. Here basically to learn all I can and help if I can.
 
Still working on the wrapping and settings. With the upper angles the head turns cold and purple. Experimenting relentlessly to conquer this.
 
Started again with the basic stretches and jelq about a week ago. Still not time for a whole routine but at least its something.

Started over with the hanger as well. 5 pounds for 20 minutes x 2 sets for tonight.
 
1 hour of stretching ...very intensly
30 min jelq @90%erect
1 hour hanging (fulcrum) 5 pounds

Same dark purple color and cold head.. more experimenting to follow tonights hang

adjusted hanger several times tonight. still getting the blackish purple head color and very cool temp. doesn't matter how tight i make the hanger when you apply the weights it slides with the skin to cover the top part of the head. ANY SUGGESTIONS?? I am not increasing the weight this time until this problem subsides
 
Hanging 3 sets @5 pounds . 20 min per set. Have done this every night this week. Have changed the settings on the hanger and made adjustments 9million nine hundred ninetyninethousandninehundredninetyninetimes and still get the dark purple head and the white ring around the glans. Starting to get fluid buildup at the glans as well. Not going up in weight until these problems are resolved.

Before you tighten the hanger down make damn sure you squeeze all of the blood out of the portion of your penis that is forward of the hanger.

Also, if you are off for more than 2-3 days you will need to lower your weight/time for a coupe of days to re-condition your bad boy.

Try these and see if you get improvement.
 
Electric, Yes back on a very limited basis. Mom has been in the hospital for almost 3 weeks. I have been hanging and other types of pe to keep my mind occupied.

Finally able to hang with some comfort and the color and numbness are much better. Thanks YGuy. Currently hanging 10 sets at 11 pounds. Went back to the basic manual routine as well.
 
Life Goes On! The last month has been hit and miss with pe. Mostly miss. Most of the people have left now since the funeral is over. Should be some quality time for pe now. Hanging as I type 5 pounds for as many 20 minute sets as I can get in before I pass out from exhaustion.
 
I am not using steriods retard!! Im using IGF which also reverse testicle atrophy and small dick syndrom like yourself!:D
 
5-30-04 Did basic manual routine . stretch 15 min. jelk 10 min.
hung for 2 sets of 20 min at 5 pounds (f0r safety)
 
Did manual stretching this am at work (bathroom of course)
Pm. hanging 7.5 pounds as i type. going for 3 sets at 20 min each.
Taking it slow and easy. still trying to recover from the health problems.
 
20 min manual stretch. wore a 1 lb wrist weight and 2 golf club weights for a total of 1 and 2/3 pound for about 4 hours total time.
Used the bib for 3 sets of 20 min at 7.5 pounds
 
OK, no growth to report for last month. That was my most intense month ever routine wise. Not down about it....growth will come....

I am moving to a new town in about a week. Will have lots more privacy for pe. Can't wait.

Will finish moving tomorrow. Unfortunately the DSL will not be working at the new address untill around the 25th. Its all looking good, and yeah.....I'm OK!
 
AS my luck usually runs..... when the DSl was turned on something went crazy. ALL the drivers in my comp were uninstalled. Just got the comp out of the shop yesterday. Spent last night going thru 450 e-mails. Now back to work!

Still doing basic routine .

Also, why not try the constrictors? I wonder if you do them than you'll save time and their very effective.
I'm gunna make myself a 30-45 minute HARDfuckinCORE clamp routine today, which has my ole fav' Penis Enlargement exercises to do in the clamp, I suggest you take a peek and do some, cos it will get your girth through the fuckin roof in time and also encourage length to develop.

Been doing some hanging and manual exercises. I think I have been at it long enough now to kick it up a tad and do some hardcore length exercises. Any suggestions?
 
This week I am stepping up the sstretches to approximately 45 minutes a day. Hanging 16 pounds at night for a couple of sessions. Jelqing about 20 min at 80-90%erect. HAve added tow stretches for as long as i can stand them. Finally feel tunica fatigue for the first time since starting pe.
 
OK I did approximately an hour of manual pe every night this week.. The last 2 nights of hanging were at 18 pounds. Not gonna measure again until 9-1 -04. Taking the weekend off, too busy with too much stuff this weekend to even attemp pe.

Did pe pretty much all day yesterday (Monday). Was cooped up inside while tropical storm Francis howled at the door Literally. It started raining here Sunday about lunch and just stopped to day (tuesday) About 15 inches of rain. Couldn't get out so I did stretches and jelqing and tow stretches, dld skin stretch and a host of other shit.

Only about 30 minutes of pe today. Going to bed early. We had no electricity since sunday evening and its been kinda hard to sleep with no air conditioning.
