No growth since changing to hanging from NPenis Enlargement. As of 9-15-03 new routine is as follows.

7.30 am 20 min stretch
9.30 10 min stretch
12.00 noon 20 min stretch--10 min dry or wet jelq
2.50 10 min stretch
4.30 20 min stretch

6.30 2 sets of 20 min hanging @ 15 lbs
followed by 2 sets of 20 min @12.5 lbs
followed by 4 sets of 20 min @ 10 lbs
then 10 min jelq wet or dry

Had a very good friend tell me to give up pe because of the problems that are perplexing me at present. He doesn't think I can succeed at this and has pissed me off to the point that i'll do it now or bust damit. Lead me.. Follow me or just get out of the way... I'm going to the top now!
 
Hell yes!! I say do what you like to do, don't get to the point to where you're deathly ill and have to decide on whether to do Penis Enlargement or take your medication that will keep you alive, though. ;)

Decided to hang all 6 sets today at 12.5 pounds. Do not reach fatigue at 12.5 until around the 4th set. If no new growth comes in a couple of weeks then i guess i could always get out the come-a-long and a chain any questions you little mutha. NOW GET THE LEAD OUT!
 
Forgot to mention. Just yesterday i dug a piece of metal out of the finger that I messed up with the sander accident a month or so ago. It was getting more tender and purple everyday. Maybe now that the impurity is out it can start to heal and i can incorporate more NPenis Enlargement back into my routine!
 
Hey C-Guy, something you may want to try with your hanging...this is what I was doing when I was hanging. I would find a weight I could hang ALL my sets with until that weight no longer gave me any sort of fatigue. Then, I would up the weight and hang as many sets as possible with it. Attempting to increase the number of sets with that weight every day. Just an idea for ya.

Changing routine a bit today.

5:00AM hung 2 sets of 8 pounds for 20 min each closer to the head than usual. The higher weights that I have been using are to heavy to get this close to the head (front of hanger is right on top of circ scar. More to come tonight. Trying to get more tunica stretch with this instead of just lig stretch.

Wore the Velcro wrap for 5 hours straight today .

Hung at the pond today several sets varying weights from 5-12 pounds. Hung 2 sets of 15 this evening for 20 min. Got a bad burning in the ligs, dropped weight several times and still could feel the burn/sting even as low as 2.5 pounds. Taking tonight off.
 
9-25-03 Very hard day at work. I only hung for 2 sets of 12.5 Still getting the burning sensation in the right ligs. Gonna take the wekend off as well. Course every time I say that i usually end up doing routine anyways.
 
I would also give it a rest at least a day C-Guy. Youve been hitting it pretty hard lately from how it looks. Have you looked into fulcrum hanging? In other words hanging over a padded pipe? Gimme a little time ...should be later today and I'll have a pic or illustration of an under the desk type set up for ya ok? But, look into getting a piece of pipe...probably 1-1.25" diameter...it can be sturdy PVC...and wrap it with something to give some padding. Then, next hanging session .....you will have to probably (for safety man!) cut your weight in half...in fact I'd suggest using maybe only a couple pounds at first to determine what is ok for you to use......youre going to be putting a new type of stress on your dick! Then, do something like hang with your dick laying over on its side (urethra is too sensitive) on the pipe. Similar in effect to an A stretch. Again, play it very safe with the amount of weight you use! You may also have to mess with your hanger tightness...I have heard hanging different angles sometimes results in that...having to make hanger adjustments because your penis is being pulled on differently. Please give this an honest shot man, it may help you with the tunicae stretching.

Took the weekend off from hanging and NPenis Enlargement. Decided to measure again since i was on a short break from routine. BPenis EnlargementL is at 6.5 and BPSFL is 7.25. Can't wait until tonight to hit it full force again. Finger is rapidly healing since the metal came out of it a couple weks ago. Maybe it will be usable again in a couple of weeks.
 
Did 3 sets of 13 1/2 lbs today for 20 min each..

Added 2 sets of 20 min pumping tonight. Awsome... loved it. Hoping to get some more flacid from the hanging. Length was 6 9/16 the last measurement. Still shooting for 7 inches BP by Jan 1 or before.;)

Did piss pulls all day.

Did 5 sets of Tunica hanging at 6 pounds for 20 min.

Side effects of meds or something has screwed up my head. Can't turn head more than 15 degrees or get extremely dizzy and bad nasua. Hard to pe.. maybe this will pass soon. Been this way since Monday.

Holy shit dude, 19lbs?? WOW. My max working weight was 17.5lbs when I quit. WHEW. I can only imagine what that must feel like! Looks like youre learning quite a bit as you move along. I dont feel so bad about not hanging anymore with guys like you coming on board to help the newer guys. Keep at it man, and just dont forget about your common sense.

Believe me i don't plan on upping the weight any more for a while now. I had to make this jump to get to fatigue by the second set. Notice the drastic drop in weight for the remaining sets. I won't up the weight anymore untill I can hang the first two at 19 lbs then drop to 17.5 for ALL remaining sets that day. Thanks for you vote of confidence Still. That means a lot coming from you.
 
Awesome job man. Now about this fatigue stuff... Do you think I should start with, say, 15lbs, so I can get complete fatigue and drop it down to 11? (I'm not sure what the weight will be in order to achieve this). Have you noticed a huge improvment over before?

Thanks bro. What weight are you at now? I would add only a couple of pounds per week until you get to fatigue. Try 15 if its too much you can drop some weight quickly. Some times you can do a "shock routine" which is adding several pounds more than you are currently hanging. Only do this for the first 10 min of a set then drop the weight back down to normal..

Yes I have noticed a huge difference.
 
OK today i did 2 full hour of stretching. Stretched in every way i could while driving. About 1/2 if the stretches were bundled stretches.

Tonight the hanging went as follows.

Hung 16 pounds for 20 min

Hung 16 pounds for 15 min

..........13 pounds for 20 min

..........13 pounds for 20 min

..........11 pounds for 20 mim

...........11 pounds for 20 min

had to hang at lower weight tonight and for shorter time than usual due to extreme fatigue from the very intense stretches earlier this evening. Not even going to use the pump tonight going my tired ass to bed.

Always multi-tasking Still. LOL Actually only stretch with one hand while driving.

Today i had some time off so i spent the day hanging. Only had 15 pounds of weight with me plus the one pound spindle I made so thats what i used.

3 sets 16 lbs. 20 min
1 set 16 lbs. 20 min
1 set 13.5 lbs 20 min
2 sets 11 lbs. 20 min
3 sets 8.5 lbs. 20 min All thes sets were BTC

Tonight gonna do 4 sets of tunica SO at 8.5 lbs.
 
Ok I changed to a different angle today for a more intense BTC. Almost laying down in my chair with my feet propped on the bed. At this angle i could not tolerate but 13.5 pounds. Reached fatigue the very first set. Dropped the weight to 11 pounds and hung 5 more sets 20 min each. Much different pull at this angle. Feel the ligs screaming almost to the navel area.
 
stretched all during the day to try to stay as close to fatigue as possible. Trying to see what the growth ratio is by staying in or near fatigue, or if it is even possible to do so.

Went to the gym to workout.

Got bored so i went fishing to forget it all for a little while. I figured i could always do a stretch if the fish didn't bite. They must have been waiting for me. I swear my hands actually bled from getting finned so many times taking off the fish. Honest i was averaging a fish per minute.
