Well, I have been doing Penis Enlargement now for almost a year (mid-October should be my 1 year Penis Enlargement anniversary), so I am certainly no newbie anymore.
Like most Penis Enlargement'ers I started out experimenting with various manual excercises, got some good gains, and then when gains started to slow down I moved onto the more advanced forms of Penis Enlargement in the forms of hanging and clamping.
Well, I got some additional length and girth gains from hanging and clamping, but lately I am at that point after 3 inches in BPenis EnlargementL length gains that growth is getting really stubborn and I just don't get the stretch marks or loose skin that I used to even though my dick feels very much worked out after most of my workouts.
So if I have a problem with something, I usually try not to get discouraged and instead search for an answer which brought me to an idea I had while looking at my Ring of Power courtesy of Supra.
I looked at the rubber latex hose and thought about how rubber latex hose functions much like veins do and that after a while you need to replace the latex hose because the elasticity of it decreases over time. OK, yah no shit sherlock but then I got to thinking that if you stretch a balloon vertically before pumping it up, that when you do pump it up with equal pressure as if you do not have a balloon stretched vertically, that the elastic stretch on the sides of the balloon is greater due to some of the elasticity being lost by being stretched vertically.
So, I then thought of what set guys like DLD apart from the many frustrated accounts of newbies who had little or no gains and thought back at some of the things I used to do that I don't really do anymore. Well, DLD is known to have done tons and tons of kegels or at least excercises involving kegeling a lot of extra blood into the penis for engorgement. Many of these excercises involve erect bends which in a sense is like stretching a balloon vertically as far as the veins are concerned if you know what happens when you bend a full ballon in the shape of a hot dog. A lot of people including myself are lazy on the kegels and don't bother with bends because it is hard for a lot of people to make the connection as to how bending the penis will help with length or girth.
OK, OK, OK last week I was also reading on a forum not to be named which looks down upon this Penis Enlargement forum in an interesting thread about how girth and length gains are only as good as the erection. I think this was a thread about a Penis Enlargement'er who said he had lost some rigidity since starting Penis Enlargement, and in his routine kegels were not involved at all. Then there was all this other stuff on that forum about how you should only jelq at less than 80% or you will destroy your penis among other things, but the main focus of the thread ended up being:
"IT'S THE VASCULARITY STUPID".
So, this got me to thinking that perhaps the stretching of the skin and the tunica is not what gives you permanent Penis Enlargement gains (not factoring in ligament stretching) in tunica length and girth, but rather it is the permanent expansion and lengthening of the blood vessels in the penis. The flaccid stretching may increase flaccid hang due to a loss of elasticity in the penis with a replacement in plasticity of tissue due to stress, but the maximum erection length will not occur unless the blood vessels actually are permanently stretched both vertically and horizontally. For example, if you pump up an elastic tube and clamp it off at two ends so that it can only expand horizontally, stretching will become more difficult and the ease in which you can actually cause a break in the tube is easier if you apply too much force. However, since elastic pressure is already being placed on the sides it is easier to permanently deform the length of the tube in this state.
So what does this bring us to? ERECT STRETCHING. For pseudo-science reasons DLD and others have mentioned adding in erect stretching to cement length gains because what has worked for them probably works for someone else, but perhaps it is the erect stretching in the first place which really gives you gains even though perhaps a warmup of flaccid stretching might help soften up some of the elasticity of the penis (though at the expense of wearing out the tissues and making erections more difficult). ERECT STRETCHING causes force to be applied from both the pump of the erection on the horizontal sides of the blood vessels in the penis (and some on the length), and the stretching actually affects the length more. Since, the body regulates the amount of pressure placed in the erect penis (if this gets shut off you get a priapism), if you stretch outward the body should regulate the pressure on the veins down since you are applying stretching when you stretch the blood vessels vertically.
So, if permanently increasing the size of the blood vessels while maintaining the elasticity of them is the goal for increased blood flow to the penile chambers (i.e. increased vascularity and a better plumbing network), then for permanent Penis Enlargement growth the optimal excercises would be ones which tax both the lengthening and widening of the vessels safely at the same time.
What kind of excercise am I thinking of? Well, basically you get as big a woody as you can while clamping and then you either manually stretch at the head with one hand or with a relatively low amount of weight somehow hang weights straight down while doing girth excercises with the other hand. This is not something to be tried by newbies, and on a Penis Enlargement forum not to be named some members of claimed doing length work while clamping will cause your penis to explode. In theory, I suppose it can but you would likely pass out from pain before that ever happened. Nevertheless, if you do it in controlled circumstances with very slow girth expansion (such as a very slow jelq all the way down like SWM's mini-jelqs), I don't see how this could cause any permanent problems.
Well, I already tried some versions of this idea tonight during a girth session and the pump was very good and much more efficient than usual in getting maximum expansion, though I had some problems in gripping an engorged head and stretching it without my hand slipping off. Stretching the tunica from the inside or lengthwise really only changes elasticity to plasticity ratio of the tunica which may help with giving you a nice flaccid hang, but probably has very little to do with what actually gives you nice permanent erect gains that don't require the aid of a cock ring or Viagra to maintain. Blood vessel expansion and improvements in vascularity I believe are what makes the difference in permanent tunica length and girth gains, not the actual stretching of the surrounding collagenous and skin tissues.

I am up to 32.5 pounds hanging and my LOT is pretty low now so it might be wise to take a break from hanging, especially since the stress on my tissues makes achieving quality erections for girth work or erect stretching not as optimal.
