In my quest to monstrosity i'll be using a set of devices and supplementing optimally; these are listed below. If there are any changes whatsoever in the devices being used or supplementation I will update it on here to keep track. To begin with I'll be using the routine shown below. I'll try and post how sessions went on the day and also do an update on the measurements gained with any changes that may have occurred on a monthly basis.

I'm hoping to reach 9x6 by the end of July; that's my short-term goal. If I stay dedicated there's no doubt in my mind i'll reach that goal, maybe even EXCEED it. I'm going to stay positive and optimistic, but with caution of course :). Yeah! After I've reached my short-term goal I will aim bigger, maybe even vary the routine, we'll see. I'm pretty sure the routine I'm initially sticking to will definitely get me to my short-term goal in no time, possibly take me even further!

I'm also initially opting to do 1 Day-ON and 1 Day-OFF split; this is to allow sufficient time for my penis to recover and gain optimal results. After I have gained experience and resistance in my penis I might start shortening the intervals in which i do my routine; this is so that I don't plateau but instead keep gaining.
 
I haven't been Penis Enlargement'ing as of late due to the circumstances but now i'm ready to start properly, still aiming for that 9x6 by the end of July!!

17th or 19th May 2011 (One of the two dates): Did the routine amazing girth pump from jelqing and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is definitely needed :(! Everytime i max out to 20 minutes it becomes a struggle to take the damn thing off xD! Stretching done as well, good feeling on the ligs so definitely hitting the right spot. Also felt it on the tunica when stretching upwards.

5th June 2011: I did a freestyle session where i warmed up a little obviously got the blood flowing and did the testi massage. I started this freestyle method to specifically target a bit of turkey neck I think I may have. It feels this method is working really well. I basically grab my penis with one hand in so the thumb is facing upward and then with the other one i grab where the turkey neck starts and do a downwards ironing motion whilst really tugging down (So I Iron down towards my testi's) and then when i get near to my testi's i hold it there and feel the stretch. I'm going to try and do these 5-10minutes spread throughout the day, maybe 4-5 times; this should easily start to eliminate any form of turkey neck.
Also during this freestyle session I stretched my penis in all directions, really hitting the lig's when pointing downwards and then tunica when facing upwards. I also added the A-Stretches pulled the penis real good. Seeing as I had time I stretched for 45minutes to an hour.
Then for girth work I didn't use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but I did perform the Jelq to begin with for 35minutes. After I did Horse Squeezes for approximately 10minutes and then finished up with Uli's for another 10minutes to finish my workout. I also kegeled and reverse kegeled a lot throughout the process of doing the girth exercises to maximize the blood flow. Got an AMAZING pump while doing the Uli's, my dick really swelled up veins bulging out, really rock hard. My head expanded HUGELY and was ROCK HARD as well. I felt more sensation when my head was rock hard, I need to get it like that all the time, felt truly amazing.
I didn't really warm down that much, just kept my penis warm really, need to start warming down more regularly after work outs.
I was also going to try the technique of plunging my penis in HOT for 1 minute then COLD another minute, as i heard this would speed up the healing process? Any got any word of advise for me before trying this method?

6th June 2011: Did another freestyle session, warming up and taking caution of course testi massage, stretching out etc.. The session in a whole lasted 1 hour 33minutes. I stretched for 40 minutes varying the stretches along the way, up, down to the side, rotary and A-Stretches. My lig's felt like they were really pulling with each downwards and side stretch, i hit them really intensely putting loads of force in to each stretch. Also felt an amazing stretch on the tunica when stretching upwards. I stretched even further on this session which was truly rewarding, hopefully it's like that for every session :D! Quick question about A-Stretches, do they mainly target the tunica? Or are they meant to hit the ligs? Or maybe both? Overall a really good Length workout, going longer and longer each time!
For my Girth work out I jelqed for 25 minutes then did 5 minutes of Horse Squeeze's accompanied by 5 minutes Uli's. I got an amazing pump in my whole penis veins bulging out and ROCK Hard whilst doing the Uli's. I also feel blood being pumped in to my veins while Jelqing. More noticeably in the smaller veins on the side near the ribs, feels like little electro shocks. It feels promising to say the least :D! Also kegeled throughout the process of the girth work maximizing the blood flow to my penis. As a warm down, which I actually did for once :D! I had a hot shower and massaged the testi's and sack a little bit. More sessions like these to be had hopefully :)!!

7th June 2011: Again did some freestyle stretching really working each angle to feel a good stretch. I experimented with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] trying to understand how it works, i figured that the noose wasn't that comfortable to attach my glans to, felt really uncomfortable. The other form of strap did not work at all. I've decided to go with the strapping J1L came up with to see if that'll work better. I bought the parts today and I'm hoping to attach them today to see how much better this strapping method works.
Is it normal for the glans to shrink a VERY lot when strapping up with the noose? I kept getting this and the glans kept slipping out which was very annoying. if anyone else has experienced this, I'd be more than appreciative to know how you can overcome this problem, thanks. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] should be on its way soon as well, can't wait. Going to start maximizing my gains with that mother!
 
8th June 2011: Only used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] trying to get comfortable with it, learning the best method of strapping up and setting the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words]. Managed to go 1 hour or so in the device, after that the head starts to turn cold which doesn't bother me too much, as long as i take the thing off then re-attach it at the 60/90 minute mark. All-in-all a good first session with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], starting off at 900g [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words], hoping to increase it within 2 weeks time.

9th June 2011: Managed to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] device for 2 hours, head went cold but it was fine after i unattached it and massaged blood back in to it. 10th June 2011: Strapped up on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] for a total of 2.5 Hours. At the 90 minute marked I unstrapped to get circulation, then re-attached it for a further 60 minutes. I also used the Velcro Strapping Innovation By J1L. Worked a CHARM!! Definitely the most comfortable way of strapping on. Started of at [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] force of 1200g, but then VERY slowly went down to the 900g mark as the glans started losing blood and slipping. Overall, good 2.5 Hours with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Still no [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. Must definitely be arriving on the Monday.

0.8 inches in less than 2 months.

I really hope you somehow do it, but don't beat yourself up if you don't make it to 9 inches. It is a very big goal for a very short time frame.
