No they don't mix well, it is so important to have your goals match your mental state, this will always brings goals faster.

So don't wait, make it happen. Decide in your mind that you are already 7" and it will come with so much more ease. Mental blocks can really prevent an easy thing from happening, sometimes we need to believe it before it happens to get in alignment with it. See that 7" in your mind and make it happen!

Just keep what you are doing and don't pay attention to measurements for now. Keep your mind in that visualization state and continue to train hard. Sometimes if keep checking it can end up being like watching the corn grow. Stop demanding so much from yourself and getting into a negative space, try to let go of this and stay on the light, positive, manifesting side of things.
