First let me say I'm SO stoked that this GA thing is taking off so well. I never expected so many people to show such a strong interest in this idea. Also, very big thanks to AlloyCG for taking the initiative to get us organized and be our leader so to speak.

So here it is. My starting girth is 5 1/8". My goal is 6" EG by my birthday in March. I feel that this is a somewhat conservative goal. Hopefully I'll be able to reach it sooner. I'm really going to be beating the crap out of my dick to make it grow.

Right now the plan of attack is 5 days per week of 30-60 minutes of clamping, and jelqing on the other two days to keep my circulation in top shape and increase veins and such. On clamp days I'll be mixing up session length. Some days I'll do one 30 minute session, others I'll do two 30 minute sessions, sometimes I'll do 2-3 sets of 20 minutes, etc.

Tonight I did a 1 hour session! It was incredible! My girth was 5 5/8" EG by the end! Half an inch increase! That's the biggest pump I've gotten. Some was due to fluid buildup, but very little. I think tomorrow I'll do the jelqing to compensate for such an intense, prolonged session today.

Sounds like an awesome plan man! I was thinking of making my goal valentines day, since that is about the time I started Penis Enlargement one year ago.

I like your strategy of jelqing on the off days. Good luck soldier.

Did you spend the entire hour in the clamp? And what was the total workout time (Total time Penis Enlargementing - Breaks between exercises, etc.)? A half an inch increase is killer, especially with minimal fluid.

Yeah it was a straight freaking hour in the clamp, no breaks, REDZULU style. :D

I did mostly clamped Ulis and horse squeezes, but also some DLD bends, Still's neckbreakers, and some ATS rollers (these are great!). At the end I did a 15 minute hot wrap to help get rid of the fluid. Today my penis is still 1/8" bigger EG than usual, so I'm absolutely confident that I kicked my dick's ass last night. lol

So the night after that 1 hour clamp session, I just did 30 minutes of jelqing. It felt really good to jelq again. I think it's been 7 or 8 months since the last time I lubed up for a good jelq. Last night I did a good half hour clamp session, and yesterday I also started FR. I like it so far I think. I have a thread in the Pic Proof section showing the device I'm currently using for FR. Tonight I'll be doing another clamp session. No days off? RED had them plenty.

I tend to gain very little when I take days off. I figured jelqing is a fairly light exercise compared to clamping so that should give my penis a break.

And some days I have to take off. Like last night. :D I was way too tired by the time I got home, so I skipped my session. Oh well. I'll be back at it today.
 
Don't stress about skipping a session - your next one will be killer with your super erection power you've gained from the break.
 
You're right! I had quite an intense 30 minute session tonight. The usual clamped bends, neckbreakers, horses, ulis. Also ATS rollers, which will be my homework project for the week. I like them a lot so far.
 
Seems like your going strong, the only thing i would suggest if your not doing them is Slow Squash Jelqs Clamped, dam there so intense. 10min's of them gives me more pump than a 30Min's girth routine.
 
Punky, I'm going to try the SSJs soon. This week though I'm going to focus on What I've been doing, and also I'll be trying out a new exercise that Iwant8x6 just came up with. It looks promising. Check out his most recent post in his progress log.

Iwant8x6, I didn't get a chance to try it yesterday. I had the "I do Penis Enlargement" talk with my fiance last night, so it cut into my time considerably. That's also why I didn't make it to the chat last night.

So I had another skip day yesterday. Today though, I started back doing ADC, and I'm going to have the session that I was supposed to have yesterday.
 
She was a little freaked at first but then later she was ok with it.
 
I just strap it on in the morning and wear it for several hours until it becomes uncomfortable. I do Penis Enlargement late at night usually so my penis has time to rest some before my workout. Today my flaccid girth got up to slightly over 5.5"! My erect girth was a little more, but not significantly.

And yes, ADC interferes with FR. I'm going to do FR eventually but not yet. Right now getting this girth is more important to me than FR.

Did your fiance ever ask why your dick was red? Like from doing girthwork?

My girlfried has said things like "he's all red", and I just don't say anything, or change the subject. It may be about time for me to take the plunge.
 
Philadelph, she hasn't seen it before. We haven't had sex. Religious reasons. You might want to your girl, she'll probably be cool with it. If my fiance is cool with it, I think anyone would be. :D

ACG, yeah it was in the ADC. Out of the ADC really would be great! Soon enough though.

OK, I finaly got to try it tonight. It was great! My clamped EG went up to just above 5.5" after a few sets of those. My routine tonight was basically the fulcrum whips and ATS rollers, with a few ulis and horses thrown in. Great session! I think tomorrow if I have the time I want to go for another hour long session, or two 30 minute sessions.
 
I am glad those worked for you. I find using Fulcrum whips with ats rollers, or book smashing really brings on the engorgement. I am glad to hear you had good results with the fulcrum whips. I do have a video of me doing them if you need explanation.
 
I tried ADC'ing today and i really like it, however im only doing it for an hour or so and then will start to build it up.
 
Well I said I wasn't going to do FR for now, but I thought about it some today. I'm not going to do ADC every single day because I don't want my penis to get used to it. I'm going to try to keep some variety in my Penis Enlargement so the tissues don't adapt as much. So I'll be doing FR some days and ADC some days. Today is FR.
 
Sorry I haven't updated or been around much guys. I've been super busy. I've got a couple of gigs coming up so I've been at rehearsals, plus my parents were in town all weekend, so I was busy with them too. On top of all that I had some really major discoloration problems, plus a minor thrombosed vein that I was afraid would be turning major soon, so I took 2 days off. I think I might take today off too, and I'm definitely going to make some changes to my approach. I think I was hitting it way too hard and I wasn't ready for that. If anyone has any suggestions for a change to my approach I'm open.
 
Ok Cy I would recommend taking so rest days, adding them to your routine. Like 1 on, and 1 off. Try it for 2 months, and see what happens.
 
Cyclops, I'm glad you finally came around, guy! I think you were most certainly hitting it too hard. It's awesome to see someone on this forum actually admit they were doing TOO MUCH WORK!

Well, I have to admit Cy, now that I've scaled my workouts down considerably I am gaining. Noticably gaining, I might add. I would advise rest days as well, but the first line of defense (if you are uncomfortable taking rest days like me) is analyzing your workouts themselves. How much work are you really doing, how much break are you taking between reps, how 'intense' (I know, I hate that word too) are your squeezes, etc. THE EASIEST WAY TO NOT OVERWORK IS TO TAKE THE CLAMP OFF. I get flamed for saying things like this, but an hour in the clamp with an average of 5 seconds between 55 second Ulis or Horses is A TON. It's not necessary. Best example I can give is my routine...

Now, you are probably thinking, 35 minutes? Theres no way you can get a good exercise in 35 minutes. This is totally not true. I also don't even "work" all 35 minutes, at least a third of it is edging. That also makes the work I do twice as intense, and helps avoid fluid like the plague. EDGING IS KEY FOR ME.

What's cool about this is I can tell when I'm worn out. I feel it. I don't feel the need to go past it for just a little more expansion. It's not necessary. Now, if I'm really feeling happy I'll do another short workout at the end of the day, probably a set of dry jelqs and pumping. Even today, my first set was 20 minutes and my second was no more than 15 - and still 3 hours later it's still fairly sore/worked. And I'm slinging erections all day like they are going out of style.

So all in all, I'm telling you this as honestly as I can. Try doing less intense exercises to gauge how worked you are, and take rest days. It is so working for me.
 
I like those ideas guys. I think I'll be doing 2 on 1 off or something to that effect. My routine will still consist mainly of clamping, but as soon as I feel my erection start to get weak I'll take the clamp off, and edge for a bit. I might do another session, just depends of the expansion I get and the quality of my erections. I think if I can expand my girth but still be able to hold a strong erection directly after my workout that should lead to better gains. Because your penis is staying at that expanded size in a fully erect state. I'm about to do my workout and I'll post how it goes tomorrow.
 
Try reading DLDs first routine.That should change your approach.Prolonged expansion susstained with jellqing.He wasnt clamping but he had everyday workouts.I advise you to try 2-3 smaler sessions each day for a week,and than take 2 days off.That will promote everyday susstaining of expansion bigger than your average.Your dick wont need to take rest from that,because you are not overtraining it with smaller sessions.Further on,2 days off wont hold back gains because of inertion(6-7 on,2 off).So my advice is try jelqing(alternating massage jelqs(25-50% erect),and erect jelqs(80-90% erect),mixing them with SSJs or some form of ULIs).Your workouts shouldnt last more than 30-45 mins. if you take this approach!

Profess advice seems sound if you have the time to do 2-3 mini sessions. I don't right now. I think it will be interesting to see what kind of gains can be made doing 1 on, and 1 off 1 intense session compared to everyday work out. I am hoping that there will not be much of a difference. I already see somee changes with girth. I am waking up with 5+ girth hard ons in the neightborhood of 1/8th-1/4th expansion. Remember I started not too long ago under 5. Just be consistent, and don't be afraid to adjust when you need to. I think measuring gains in 1-2 month increments on a work out is realistic. This takes time.
 
I think going to a one-on/one off would be good for you for a while. When things heal up (minor T-vein), try mixing in a 2on/1off. For some Penis Enlargement'ers, the "rest" word is almost equivalent to the "F" word but IMHO is necessary for growth to occur -i.e. - You can beat the shit out of your dick all day long, every day, but it won't grow new tissue until it's given a chance to rest. I think that it might look more engorged during/after workouts, but how much of that size is temporary/fluid buildup/etc.? I've personally had my greatest gains on my rest days. Just something to think about.

Question: How long have you been Penis Enlargement'ing for, Cy? I'm curious because you are using a lot of advanced techniques that I can't safely do yet.

My workout last night went well. I clamped 20 minutes and then edged a while. No problems, and I didn't even feel my T vein. I was able to sustain a good erection afterwards, and I was still pumped this morning. I think I'll stick with that for a while and see how I gain. 2 or 3 rest days per week.

Wow. You have been Penis Enlargementing for a long time - even if it has been "on and off."
I feel a little better now about not being able to do the advanced routines yet.

Glad you are doing well and the T-vein's under control. Let us know how you do with the additional rest.
 
Yeah, rest and take it easy man.

Only when you hear about others doing well from rest days do you realize it yourself that you (I) need rest days incorporated into my routine.

Most of us are so hardcore that we feel we might be cheating ourselves if we take rest days off. But we also know that it is often MORE beneficial to rest than to work the hell outa our dick.

Sorry I haven't been on the forum all that much, I have midterms coming up, plus all the insanity with the Red Sox, and I've been working a lot on composing, so I've been really busy. Things should slack off after this week though, because midterms will be over.
 
Sounds like a perfect time to rest your dick up and focus on other priorities. A week from now you can hit the routine with less trepidation.

hope you are getting some good healing time in there guy.....dont be tempted to jump back into routines too early. That happened to me, and what should have been a 3 to 5 day healing period became 1 month long.
