You are right , zinc is a good booster for erection quality . About the herbs cycle , I want to take a break from taking Macca , Arginine and Red Ginseng so my body will not get used . And about the effect from tribulus , maybe it's just inside my head and it's a placebo effect or maybe it's a effect from tribulus . But as I wrote above , I have atleast 9 erections a day including morning wood . I have to say I don't watch adult entertainment , just some NSFW pictures occasionally .

Yep .. I think squats have a big impact on my erections . I'm also doing some stiff legged deadlift , if this helps somehow with the erections .

A work out partner I had years before PE used to tell me just how powerful squats were for the sexual system. Now, understanding PE, I know he is right because it brings great blood flow to the penis and the surrounding tissue.

I would raise the weight as soon as you can. I think 5 pounds would be a safe increase.

No its not too much, its a fine window to have blood flowing. You can also apply the sock during your sets if you wanted since heat helps the tissue get softer

That is exactly what I was thinking with the rice sock . So it's not a bad ideea at all .

And I tried something and I want you guys to tell me if is worth to invest time in it . When I was hanging , I was thinking what if i squeez the PC muscle and do some kegels with weight ? And I have to admit it , this is more exhausting than doing erect kegels . I only managed to do 100 reps x 1 second and 50 reps x 3 seconds . Should I keep doing kegels while hanging or is not the same when you kegel erect ?
 
Yeah I think with towel lifts there's a synergistic effect as the smooth muscle engages along with the PC, but really anything you can do to get that PC burning is gonna benefit you greatly.

Well , I would like to do more reps but the PC muscle is so exhausted that I can't even squeez it anymore . I mean I try to squeez it but I just can't . The same feeling I get in the gym when I can't lift anymore , when my muscles give up and there is no more strength .

When you achieve this you will have greater erection strength, and control. That's how you know you've done enough. Just freaking murder the thing at the end of every day and keep it reeling all day with bursts. You'll never be unable to exhaust it because you can kegel harder and harder the stronger it gets. I really think hard kegels can give at least some gains to girth on their own. Not unlike body building. Whenever I finish making the gains I want to make I'm going to try it out by itself just to see if I can literally squeeze gains out of the sucker.

That would be awesome, but I am guessing the tunica will bottleneck that. All I know is my erections have been literally on demand for a good week now.

When do you plan to measure?

Thank you for your encouragements . Hold a kegel fo a whole hour would be a very hard task but you gaved me a goal now .
