Kegels with 250 grams and edge 20 minutes before I go to bed . No more Maca , Arginine , Red Ginseng for me . I will be 1 month on tribulus + zinc and I will keep taking the omega 3 fish oil .

I took tribulus the other month, but it was sort of hit or miss with regard to morning erection, acne (noticed this one like the third day lol), don't think there was better strength (maybe I'm just a phat phuuk :)). I hope you rip out lots of squats at the gym man.

Well ... I read about tribulus and I told myself I should try it , atleast for a month and see if there is any improvement . And yes , I do squats but since you mentioned I was thinking , what if I do squts and then I jump right after squats in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for girth , since squats will increase the blood flow in peliv area . It might be a stupid ideea but you never know .

Glad to see you back. The fact you only took 2 days off through a week of the flu is pretty good stuff. I've literally quit entirely more than once over an illness. Kudos for seeing it through.

There's not enough solid knowledge about pe to say an idea is smart or dumb at this point. Anything is worth a shot considering how little research has actually been done. Just let us know how any new ideas work out. I've done plenty of experiments on me in my pe experience. It's a, "the more the merrier.", kind of thing.

I agree, it shows extreme dedication. The biggest part of making your penis bigger is the ability to stay consistent, progressive and informed and I can see Shinto has that.
 
Squats, bench press, and deadlift are the most testosterone producing exercises. This will surely bring more life to your cock. Bathmates after training sound good too main just dial in the correct amount of squats so you are at peak test secretion when you PE :blush:

That is an excellent sign, erections throughout the day is showing strength in your PC Muscles. I would not put a time limit on gains either, you may make an inch gain in a month, it has happened before.

I heard zinc is good for erections, but I think you need to cycle trib as with most herbs because the effect starts to wane
