Avoiding disappointment is as easy as having no expectations. I've been let down hard by my own expectations here many times. Try to remember that you're basically performing a science experiment with your junk. The scientific method applied over and over again until you find a way to the next mile marker. Another Length Day . After the break I took yesterday , I feel that pain in my lig again which is nice . Well maybe that little pain in the glans is just a growing pain, and you'll be resilient to in the future. Are you sure it wasn't skin pinching? With your big ass cock I find it hard to believe a few pumping sets hurt you in any way :)
 
Ligament pain is generally considered a sign of strong effort. Could imply a looseness that means that particular area is more malleable. If it gets worse though, well, you know.

Have you considered using a different attachment, mod, or wrapping to turn the 30 minute sets into significantly longer ones? I don't know if you are right about the skin pinching but your point about the glans is pretty solid and I think , you sir are absolutely right . As you said , I don't think 3 sets with a little bit more pressure would hurt me that much .

I listened your advice today . The extender routine had a change and I was pretty pleased about the result of today .

The one thing way too many folks overlook is the kegel exercise. I haven't read about you doing them, but they are so helpful with eq and have a strange habit of being present with a lot of big gainers. All I know is I've made it to the point of being able to reverse kegel through an orgasm and literally just continue having sex. It just offers so much more control and really makes it so your erections are consistently 100%.

Well .. I do kegels from time to time but not as I want to . However your post motivated me and now I will do kegels every day . I thought my P.C. muscle is stronger but is not as I expected .

After I finished the kegels , my P.C. muscle was on fire . I felt " the pump " ( I mean that I felt my pulse inside the muscle for quite a while )

Keep at it long enough and you'll see some serious benefits. It's also been said that a kegel workout to exhaustion fatigues the pelvic floor muscles, which theoretically helps make a length routine more productive. I am guessing it is helpful because I didn't gain anything until I started doing tons of kegels.

I am the same way, thousands of Kegels a day. Why not? Your building strength and endurance which will benefit you PE big time.

I go very quickly like maybe 1 per second. I just keep doing them and eventually I forget I am doing them. I do hold long Kegels a few time a day, maybe hold for 5 minutes but mostly quick Kegels. I go all day and if I am getting one in every second and I am awake for 10 hours that would add up to about 6000 Kegels a day.
