based on my recent experiences I guess that you'll even gain at first but might lose those gains if you can't restart your training after a certain amount of days (still don't know how many that could be). I don't know if you will have any possibility to measure during your break but I'm very curious to know the specific developmental dynamics which will show up. Maybe, just maybe you gain something after a few days without losing anything. Either way I'd love to hear about your observations.
