Hello everyone :O

I wanted to write down something to start off my Routine Log as I get back into Penis Enlargement after over a year and a half of stopping it. The girl that kept me from Penis Enlargement is now my ex, so I can get back to work! I'm a newbie again, but I figure after a few weeks of reminding my body how it all works, I should be able to do some constrictors and more advanced stretching exercises. I still have to get myself a cable clamp or two.

Routine:
Generally sticking to the Phase1 plan by DLD, with 2 more sets to stretching, and 90% jelqs. I'll write a more detailed plan as I test my limits along the way.

Warmup
5 Minutes of hotwrap, from bowl of hot water
Stretches
5 Sets of the basic stretches. 30 second stretch // 1 minute hotwrap after each set.
Jelqs
6x100 Right now. I end up getting into the motions, and swaying with it, so I might go until I get tired. My main hardship here, is keeping the 90% erection, as I tend to lose it over the swaying and squeezing focus. I'll kegel in after each cycle of both hands.
Testicle Health
As described on Phase1
Testicle Stretch
DLD's Extreme Scrotum Stretch -- 3 sets of 1 side, then the other, each 30 seconds long.
Warmdown
Hot shower, or wrap as appropriate.

I normally get in about 900 kegels per day, throughout my shower/drive/work activities, but they usually were 1 second squeezes. I am increasing the squeeze time to 2 seconds, as well as 1 minute holds after every set of 90. I also kegel myself to sleep, but I always fail to count those, or don't remember how far I got to, in the morning.

I do not intend to have rest days with my workouts, but I'll play it by ear.

Questions:

What type of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Penis Enlargement Supplements[/words] would be recommended? I bought some pills from the local GNC that contain L-Arginine, but has anything else been discovered that help in gains? How much L-Arginine is appropriate?

Do constrictors replace jelqs, or are they more of a complementary exercise? I'm really interested in girth gains, as well as length.

Once I get back into the swing of things, have people found that workouts should focus on either girth or length, or a combination of both? With my strength training, usually we work upper body then lower body, because the alternation allows for more healing... could this be the same for girth/length? It appears to me that my girth workouts could get quite lengthy (no pun intended) with constrictors. I might want to focus girth one day, and focus length the next. I need input :)

Glad to see some motivation to get your Penis Enlargementing back together! I think I can address a lot of your post.

With your stretching, theres no need to hot wrap every few stretches. Try extending your intial hot wrap (get a rice sock or heating pad if possible) and then perhaps wrap again before your girth work. 600 jelqs is good. I know what you mean about keeping the erection. I've struggled trying to get an answer out of these guys and it's tough. I do have some tips though:
-Watch adult entertainment if possible. I use it not only to help with erection but to gauge my time with jelqing/squeezes.etc.
-Do one kegel set before bed. Possibly the reason erections are difficult is because the PC is getting worn out during the day.
-Try some supplements. Ginkgo, Yohimbe, Tribulus, Horny Goat Weed all have potential to help with erections.
-Approach girth more sexually. Take a look at the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words] post for an idea of what I'm talking about.
A good pre-bedtime kegel routine for me is:
100 5 second holds
200 1 second holds
1 60 second hold
100 1 second holds
1 60 second hold

I think you will find your PC muscle extremely worked, but it gets plenty of rest for the next day.

I take 2.5 grams L-Arginine everyday. This may not even be enough. I'd recommend purchasing it in bulk in powder form, its about 75% cheaper. Yes, it helps with gains by increasing N2O production which helps bloodflow and repair.

As far as alternating training, I wouldn't. You can stretch every single day, several times a day with no problem. Girth depends on you. I train extremely hard for an extremely long time every day, but I had to work up to it. Some people swear by rest days. Find whatever works for you - if you are too sore to exercise take a break.

I still haven't found any powder form of L-arginine... and how much of each of the supplements do people take?

I've shortened my kegel exercises down to what was suggested in the reply, as 30 minutes of kegels is kinda long getting it complete. More of an all day thing :O

Definitely important to get that adult entertainment going when I'm doing my jelqs. I didn't realize how difficult it is to keep a full erection going when there's no environmental stimulation. He's always "acting up" when I don't want him to, yet when I do, he won't cooperate!

Oh and another question -- when jelqing, do you hold a kegel, or just kegel-clamp-release kegel? Same with stretching, do you reverse kegel while stretching, and hold?

5 Sets of the basic stretches. DLD Extreme Scrotum Stretch -- 3 sets of 1 side, then the other, each 30 seconds long. Much easier to stretch when everything isn't lubed up. rofl
Jelqs
12x50 Right now. I end up getting into the motions, and swaying with it, so I might go until I get tired. Testicle Health
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these.
Warmdown
Hot shower, or wrap as appropriate.

Kegels

For some reason, I never really run out of kegel energy, more that my squeeze weakens on the 60 second holds. I also get a little tired in my lower back after the holds, but I think that's because I squeeze harder and harder to keep working the pc during that time, and I eventually start working other muscles to keep squeezing.

I do not intend to have rest days with my workouts, but I'll play it by ear.

Well, I'm getting back to my workouts -- after a long vacation due to headaches and no clear reason as to why I was getting the headaches. I hope I can re-introduce the Argin-Max to my system without problems. I still get the headaches, but less regularly. Does anyone experience issues with plain L-Arginine? Maybe I should switch to a more pure supplement.

Anyways, I won't be using any supplements until I stop having the headaches altogether (it's been 3 weeks or so since my last taking of Argin Max, if that was the problem).
 
Hi Straatius, when jelqing I kegel right before clamping down on the base before each jelq, I don't stretch regularly but sometimes when I have I have done reverse kegels.

Remember to take the Arginine on an empty stomach and drink lots of water, several litres.

I always see this and I never follow through with purchasing this stuff. I am going to make a commitment to buy and try this. It sounds great and it is much, much cheaper than taking a Viagra or Cialis.
 
Well, i have tried the L-Arginine, and though it may have been just a mental thing... I seemed to notice a little more durable erections, as well as more load. I need to find where it's sold in bulk -- or buy it pure, not with all the supplements. Argin-Max isn't a bad deal in my area though.

I hope I can figure out when I'm done gaining in Phase1, and as i'm of the lazy type, I'll probably end up becoming a member about that time (so I don't have to make up my own routines, heh).

I've been trying to do my workouts regularly, but my schedule's been hectic. I need to prioritize it a bit.

Back up to 600 jelq's a day, so that's good -- only doing 3 stretch sets due to time contraints. Doing warmup before stretches, before jelq, and during jelq. Shower at the end.

Questions: I've noticed that at 100% erection, i usually notice a bit of fluid coming out due to my jelq squeezes. Is that normal? Jelqs done with an overhand grip, or underhand grip? I do a mix of both, and twist my hands a bit, to mix it up (get a balanced squeeze).

What does the fluid look like? It could be pre-cum but I would like to know what it looks like before saying so.

Either way is acceptable, it really has more to do with your preference. The idea is to get the best possible grip, pressure and intensity.
 
Other questions:
How bad is it to ejaculate after a workout?
I've found it difficult to sustain a 100% erection without coming dangerously close to ejaculation. The jelqing doesn't cause it, in reality, it makes me lose the erection, but building up, over and over again makes the last sets of jelqs increasingly difficult. I guess I know that nearest to my climax, i'll have the hardest erection, so I have to get close every time to get that 100%. I guess i'll have to settle for 80% or something less than full on, feeling the pc muscles contract on their own, 100% erection.
 
Warmup changed: Using a long plastic glass with water heated in the microwave, then in the faucet -- dipping and doing kegels throughout the 5 minute warming. 3 minutes of warming before jelqs, and 3 minutes of warming in the middle of jelqs... then finish with 5 minutes of warmdown/shower.

Integrated the scrotum scretching into my stretching workout, rather than at the end.

Still finding it difficult to sustain the 100% erection throughout 50 jelqs, might have to stop at 25's to build up. Really feeling the pressure from a tight squeeze jelq -- almost painful -- IS THAT OK?

I try to kegel before jelqing, but should i release kegel while i'm jelqing, or hold until i start the next jelq? I notice if i hold my pc, I keep more blood in, and can jelq for longer, but squeeze-releasing ends up dropping my erection quicker, thus making me have to rebuild it up sooner.

Not sure if any of this makes sense, sorry.
