I´d say the average newbie gains (length) are somewhere in the range of 0,5 - 1,2 inch. But of course i could be dead wrong but that´s my take on it. After your newbie gains expekt (to be realistic) a slowndown divided by 6 - 9 times. So what do you do when you´re only gaining 1-3 mm a month?, well do not measure and Shortdick said it be CONSISTENT, that is THE key.

9-9.5 bpel - 6-6.3 girth for the reamining 8 months of the year gonna take it slow this time, intensity over a longer duration of time im gonna stick with pe for sometime aint stopping now till i reach my goalsa but i wont let pe run my life like it did in the past XD i ended off being 8.6bpel and 5.8-6 girth and stopped for 3 close to 4 months and lost my girth now back to 5.5 sadly and length 8.3-.4 might still have the 8.6 but doubt it but forsure lost girth ,from what i hear itll be easy to get what i lost but still am in no rush "succes is a jounrey ,not a destination ' im here for the jounrey ... lets see how my dick looks 2 years from now if i dont stop myhands crafting , i just cant wait to be hall of fame in the brotherhood im big now but i wanna live with a huge dick haha also i think ill pe for life even after i achieve my goals its therapudic to get rid of my petty thoughts and then when i mediate my mind can focus on my spirit

What did u start at Uno length an girth. If I get my goals can I stop but just do a maintenance day once a week to keep my dick in shape?
 
My goal for this year is to tackle my depression and do whatever it takes to get myself to a better place. This includes diet, exercise, sleep and ever other part of my life that can benefit me. I let things go to crap this year and I regret that, I am going to make a goal to creatively become a happier person.

I've been a very happy person since the beginning of this year. I'm also sticking to all of my new year resolutions this year so far. I feel happy.
