I have always believed in Edging but never thought on it being used as a super-set....simply brilliant!

It's a great workout, but it can be physically and mentally exhausting. The first set seems to be the most difficult for me. After that the edges come quicker and more powerful. I did 2 edges back to back last night and I nearly fell asleep during the pump.

Definitely liking the Vacutech cylinders myself. I'm using a 12 inch long elliptical thick wall cyclinder. Doing 3 to 6 ten minute sets. Edging and stopping just short of orgasm one to two times between each set. I definitely like keeping the pressure low at no higher then 4 to 5 gs because for me fluid retention is kept to a minimum but tunica expansion is great. EQ stays nice and strong. Doing my pumping sessions every other day.
