Yes it is liquid viagra. 50mg per ml.

I have not done a purely [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] session but I may try it.

My new plan of attack, is an alternating schedule. On my intense day, I will do my full hour of intense excercise with at least 50 minutes either clamped or in the pump. On my weak day, I will do only about 15 minutes in the pump and that is all.
 
Get arginine powder, in bulk. I would not use viagra unless you got a hookup for it...too expensive and whatnot.

Either way...keep on pumping and increase times to maybe like 12to 14 min, but like most people say, keep with the low pressurs.

Have you thought of adding jelqs?

I do have some arginine, I just haven't ever taken it regularly, which I may start doing. I do jelqs in between all my sets of clamping and pumping.

Change of Plans:

I have decided to take a month off from clamping. I will now be doing a more manual routine for one month. I believe you need to cycle intensity, and I think a month of manual excercises + a small amount of pumping would do me good. I believe it will also help some of the discolouration.

My new routine is going to include my newly found favorite, the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. I will also be doing supra slammers and mini-slammers which are an old favorite of mine. I will do sets of these manuals in either the morning, the night, or both whenever time allows.

I will not be spending more than 10-15 minutes in the pump per day.
I will also be including some ADC with the hose clamp and insulation whenever I can, or will wear my Thera-P wrap.

In one month I will see if I have gained and will likely go back to some clamping.
 
This past weekend I was unable to do my routine, and I was only able to fit a few random [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s in, for like 3 minutes. I measured last night, after about 36 hours off and still had a solid 5 3/8. My erections also were very good since the little break I took.
 
It is very possible that 2-3 days after last workout your panis is slightly pumped with more than normal girth(expecialy if you had 3 or more days girth workouts in a row).Thats my case.I took 2 days of and i measured 5.25 EG(although i am aware that i didnt gained that much in just a week,from 5,15 to 5,25).Simply said my routine was to much for my dick,and if i had taken 4 or more days off it would decrease to somewhat around 5.15 EG.

In medical studies, the main thing that we eat on a regular basis that has been shown to increase angiogenesis (making of new blood vessels) is the amino acid ARGININE.

The problem is that it tastes like ass. Mix it with lemon juice and/or orange juice and take it as a shot or a big gulp. Adding the powder to a fruit juice is the best combination that I have found.

Thanks for the tip man. I am now motivated to take my arginine. Does it take a week or two to really get in your system?
 
It takes about 30min to get into your blood to be used for hard erections.

If you want it to make you have huge loads, then take it with lots of hydration (drink lots of water all day), it will take about 2 or 3 days.

I usually dose it 5g once. If i am getting ready for a 5hr sex session, I take 10g. Try to take it on an empty stomach, and with as little fruit juice as you can stand......basically you dont want your insulin to spike while arginine is being digested in your body (insulin will spike the easiest when you have sugar in your stomach (from a meal or from the juice you mix it with)).

Lemon juice has the least amount of sugar in it, so use that if you can to mix with.

In my opinion, taking less than 3g at a time is not beneficial. Take 5g once a day, or if you want it to help you build blood vessels then take it at least twice (5g when you wake up, and 5g right before bed). Some people take 5g with every meal (30 min before each meal (empty stomach rule)).

Welcome to the club. I know of a lot of folks who are starting to temporarily abondon the clamp. I think your routine sounds good, are you going to be doing it wet or dry? I mix it up, sometimes a wet session in the morning and a dry at night, etc. Slammers are a favorite of mine too, but dry jelqing is my baby now. I also spend about 10-20 minutes in the pump everyday. I think ADCing may have some merit IF DONE RIGHT. I've been using my adjustable cock ring and wearing it 24/7... non-stop. After a lot of experimentation I know exactly how much to adjust it to get the best results with no fluid buildup. If anything, it helps me stay slightly fluffed all day and gives me super duper erections.
 
I usually do my excercise wet. I use olive oil. I haven't gotten the hang of the ADC yet, and I don't have much time at all to tinker with it. I have been doing 5 minutes of clamping a day. This is mainly because I like to measure my expanded girth that way. Maybe I need a cock ring.

Still haven't gotten the cock ring, but last night I wore my thera-P wrap around my the bottom of my shaft wrapped at a proper tightness, and woke up with a huge flaccid. I will likely start doing this most nights.

I have been doing jelqs, pumping, and 5-10 minutes of clamping. Erections are strong and discolouration is better not that I have reduced clamping times.
 
What's your pumping routine looking like these days? I usually do 10 minutes or so after a set, but I experimented with a complete pumping session tonite. I pumped for about an hour with about 6-7 minute sets and edging in between. I got really good results. I think I might up the intensity of my AM session and pump and edge solely for my PM session.
 
Alloy: Lately I have been doing like around 2 15-20 minute pump sessions per day, with edging after and jelqs in between. My routine really varies a lot lately.

I was just at my woman's apartment, and she just couldn't keep of my dick. She kept talking about how it's so big and feels so good in her. I did have a really strong erection tonight and pumped for 10 minutes this morning.

I find a minimum of 6 or 7 and a max of 15 minutes is a good set time for me. Before 6-7, I generally don't get a lot of expansion, after 14-15, I start to lose sensitivity, and makes edging and keeping a rock hard erection more difficult.
