Hey guys, this is going to be my log until I reach 6 inches girth. I will be posting my current routines and thoughts as time allows.
Some background information:
Started at 5 inches girth.
Currently 5.25 girth.
My current routine consists of clamping, pumping, and some jelqing. I just started to pump.
I do 10 minute sets of clamping and pumping, and alternate them.
I work out 6 days a week, and rest 1 day. During the rest day, I do one set of pumping.
I am doing ~ 2-3 sets of pumping, with 3-4 sets of clamping now.
