I didn't measure erect length yet since my last measurement (6.75") but I measured my flaccid stretched length (bone pressed) today which was slightly longer than my previous measurement at 6 15/16 or almost 6.95". Also I notice my flaccid penis generally hangs a little longer than it used to before i started stretching ( I hadn't kept exact flaccid measurements as it varies) I'm continuing my routine as before, with 2 stretching sessions everyday and 1 jelqing session during shower. Hopeing to reach my first goal in some time! :)

Cutting back on the fat will certainly give you the "free" visual increase and adding in a good PE routine will work to increase that even more, it is a win win situation.
 
I measured myself today. My BPEL is still 6.75 but the BPFSL is slightly longer than before at 6.95.

Although my BPEL has not changed since the last time I measured, i noticed something interesting. My Penis is naturally bent a little rightwards (not curved) and I have an erection angle of almost 8 o clock. So, in my the last week's PE, I modified DLD'S stretching [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] a little by eliminating the rightwards stretches and only stretching leftwards and centre in all directions to see if I could correct the bend a little.

Curiously, my Penis now bends a lot less rightwards than it used to. Now it's almost straight outwards. So, I'm thinking my right side of the tunica might have grown a little for the bend to be corrected a bit even though I measure the same as before. To my little understanding bends occur because one side of the tunica is longer than the other. DLD'S and other veterans comments would be appreciated!

My BMI is now 24.5 and I'm planning to reduce this to about 21,for which I wouldhave to lose 15 kilo ofvof weight from 85 to 70. My target is to have a 0.5" or less fat pad.

My fat pad is back to a certain degree too, about an inch opposed to the .25" I have when in better shape. I definitely need to start working out again and eating better but I can tell you, no gain is better than that visual gain you make when you loose weight. In my early PE days I had gained more than 2" of length but you could not see it due to my fat pad, when I lost 145 pounds my fat pad dropped to .25" and I looked freakily long, the best feeling!
 
Update after long time!

For the last week or so I haven't been able to do 2 stretching sessions per day due to being busy (reduced it to 1/day). But I increased the amount of jelqing, especially downward jelqing.

I measured myself today. My new BPEL measurement is 6.9 inches and stretched flaccid length is a solid 7" and after a stretching session 7.1" :)

I have started a diet programme and hoping to see increase in NBP measurement too in the future :)

For a long time I used to think penis size is like a lottery, either you win it or don't. But I am now a living proof of it... I'm starting to think many things which we think are unchangeable, are in face changeable. :)

Thanks :) The thought that it is possible in fact to change the size of the equipment is incredibly liberating, sorts of. :)

It is a momentous moment when we realize PE truly works, it brings the confidence to reach the goals we want. In the beginning I was not sure if it worked or not but after my first measurement, seeing that it truly worked my whole perspective changed. This is when I became ultra-motivated to contribute as much as I could to the movement. Today it is amazing how far this whole movement has progressed and knowing that the Brotherhood had a large part in this evolution makes it that much sweeter. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] always comes up when PE is discussed.
 
Another update after a month or so!

I've been quire irregular in my PE over the last month but thankfully I have still gained some. My BPEL is now 7.1" and BPFSL is 7.4-7.5". I am now increasing the amount of jelqing/girth exercise and downward stretching.

I'm very glad to cross 7" in the BPEL department :)

But that's not enough, what realy matters is NBP. Over the past month, I have also started a diet programme (low carbdiet). I haven't measured yet how much I lost but I've noticed trousers have become much looser on me recently. On the other hand, my NBPEL has grown from 5.5" to 6" so i've definitely lost a bit of pubic fat. My goal is to bring fat pad down to 0.5", which means losing at least 15lbs.
 
when I read my early posts in this thread I stare in disbelief... i ask myself are those my posts?? how I reached from circa 6" to where i am now, i'm so glad I discovered PE and I don't have to be content with what I have, but i can work towards improving it.

great attitude! and with more weight loss aswell as more penis enlargement you will get a bigger unit double as fast

It is good to have a history to look back on so I am glad you have kept yourself one. Congratulations on the huge gains since then.
