My pre-PE measurements were: 6.1" BPEL and 4.5" girth.

My latest measurement, measuerd today, is: 6.5" BPEL and 4.7" girth and 6.6" BP flaccid stretched length.

Lately I am having difficulty sticking to the routine. I tried including slow squash jelqs but found them a bit too intense and I've been doing some reading around PE forums and they're confusing the hell out of me. I'm also measuring myself like every day which is kinda making me a bit discouraged as PE is a matter of time. :) I'm creating this thread more to make me disciplined and if possible, to receive some encouragement and help/advise from brothers here. :)

My initial goal is 7.5" BPEL and 5" girth. Ultimate goal is 8.5" BPEL and 6" Girth.

I will try to post my progress here everyday. I intend to measure my BP flaccid stretched length and erect length every week from now on.

One initial question i had is, my BPEL seems to be very close to my BPFSL? From what i've read, for most people BPFSL is more than BPEL by at lease 0.5". Does this mean anything and do I need to vary my exercises somewhat?
 
I'm posting my method of stretching here to maybe get some feedback if i'm doing right:

Since i'm circumcised, it's not hard for me to grab the penis just below the glans with the fingers and stretch in all directions. I try to make sure I don't stretch the skin and focus my stretch on the penis. Lately, i've gotten some soreness on the glans due to this, but they seem to go away pretty soon.

Initially, I start with a mild erection (about 20%) and start stretching. With time the erection almost dies down and I'm stretching flaccid in all directions.

I have 2 stretching sessions everyday, one in morning and one before bed. 1 Jelqing session during shower. I have found that I get more girth expansion if I mostly do downward jelqing, so I'm focusing more on these.
 
Good to know that you are going good with your progress. I see not much to be said here rather than [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Matters Of Size[/words] is Matters Of Time! Be patient and measure mounthly! This will definitely help you stay encouraged! :)

Well, whatever you do- do it till you stop seeing results from it. It is a golden rule- "If something works, DONT touch it". So yea, keep doing what you are doing, I just see no reason for you to start with a 20% EQ when you stretch and I would maybe advise you to focus more on downward stretches to get as much lig gains as possible (depends on your skin exit point though...). :)

Thank you, I will continue with it. But what is skin exit point? Is it loss of tug? I've read about it in a focum, and my LOT seems to be vertically downwards. My erection angle is also 90 degrees to the pubic bone.

Hmmm, well low LOT would mean low skin exit point (maybe but NOT 100% sure). It is the position of where your penis exits your body compared to the point where your legs attach to the body. (I would send a pic, but where I am now is a place with pretty bad net, so I cant do it now...)

If my LOT is downwards, which stretching angle do you think might be most effective foe me? I have noticed that when I stretch upwards, I feel a much more intense pull, going to the inner penis, compared to when i stretch downwards or behind the cheeks.

I think hitting all angles is a smart move despite erection angle, in my opinion there are gains in many places and hitting the various angles will ensure gains are made.

difference in flaccid and erect varies for everyone. you are seeing gains and that is great. what are you using for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words]? how do you heal in the extended state?

Whatever DLD says- follow it and do nothing else!!! :) But if you feel more intense pull upwards this is pretty good, then this means low LOT just as your test has already approved. I am not a big believer of the theory though :D.

Always put maximum effort where stretch is felt more but don't ignore the other areas of potential growth. Like BTC stretches, no matter what your erection angle, will bring ligament gains.

Thanks :) I used to do 2 sets of stretches in all angles. In the last two days i have increased the sets of stretches to 4 for upward and outward directions following your advice:) . So i'm now putting more effort to outward and upward direction , but left the same amount of sets for down and behind the cheeks.

When i first started stretching, I would be very afraid of tearing my penis. Now I can pull to the point where i feel pain in the hand. :) Also, I used to get fatigue/tired after each stretching session and suffer from temporary difficulty in getting erections. Now I notice I recover much quicker.

Sorry I missed this bit before. I found that starting with a very mild erection (10-20%) allows my to grip my penis better, provides a more intense stretch and also I feel that it provides a better blood flow. With time the penis becomes flaccid anyway.

I can't purchase any equipment right now but I use some techniques to make sure my penis stays as elongated as possible (not sure how effective they might be but)

1. I avoid wearing underwear or any kind of tight restrictive clothing.

2. After PE sessions, i cover my penis with a little vaseline, which keeps it warm with good blood flow.

3. If i think my penis is turtling after stretching session, I manually jerk it a little for better blood flow.

4. After stretching session before bed, I sleep streight up with head towards ceiline and try not to bend my legs, so the penis can be free and stay in an expanded state. (I move little during sleep and find I wake up in the same position, with a semi or a full mornign wood).

5. I also reduced masturbation frequency, which keeps me hornier than usual, meaning the penis stays a little more expanded than usual all the time.

I have some good news today. I measured myself and was pleasently surprised to see I could reach a few more marks on the ruler on both BPEL and BPFSL. :)

My new BPEL: 6 12/16 or 6.75"

BPFSL: 6 14/16 or 6.875"

I feel good knowing I crossed the 0.5" mark in gaining!;)

i am continuing my stretching routine as before with 4 sets of stretches in upward and outward directions and 2 sets in downwards and behind the cheeks. 2 sessions one in morning and one before bed.

Unfortunately I became undisciplined again in the last two days, missing a couple of stretching sessions. Being impatient i also measured myself again and was disappointed to see at 6.75". I'm determined to stick to the routine from now on and be patient! No measuring till the 29th!

Thanks brother! I'm hoping to hit 7.5" BPEL in the short term (3-4 months), after which I would start focusing on girth work more. My final goal is to get an 8-incher, which means about 8.5" BPEL or 8" NBP.

I'm also combining dieting/exercise with PE and hope to increase my NBP alongside my BP measurement.

Excellent outlook! If you loose weight while you gain size you will see visual gains so much faster. Getting the fat pad down is like getting free penis with no PE but adding in the PE along side this will definitely make gains come so much faster.

Thanks :) Just realised 2 days ago I was measuring NBPEL wrong and I am actually 5.75" NBP with a 1" fat pad, which is rather paltry :( I'm determined to cut down the fat pad to 0.5" or below which would give me some free visual penis and not to mention a better overall body shape :)

I didn't measure erect length yet since my last measurement (6.75") but I measured my flaccid stretched length (bone pressed) today which was slightly longer than my previous measurement at 6 15/16 or almost 6.95". Also I notice my flaccid penis generally hangs a little longer than it used to before i started stretching ( I hadn't kept exact flaccid measurements as it varies) I'm continuing my routine as before, with 2 stretching sessions everyday and 1 jelqing session during shower. Hopeing to reach my first goal in some time! :)
