I do a 20 minute set of these exercises in the AM and PM
4 minutes is dedicated to my Kettle bell Mandingo Stretches
(put your dick thru the handle, where the handle is sittin near or on the base of your dick, and perform a normal mandingo stretch and hold this for a full minute and then switch hands)
8 minutes are dedicated to my #2 Kettle bell Stretch
(put your dick thru the handle and stretch straightout [perpendicular] from your body. the kettle bell handle will be in the middle of your dick and make a shallow "v" shape. hold for a full minute and then swtich hands)
8 minutes are dedicated to my #1 Kettle bell Stretch
(put your dick thru the handle, where the handle is sittin near or on the base of your dick, and pull your dick straight up toward the ceiling [in standing position]. hold for a full minute and then switch hands)
