Well my BIB has arrived and im like a kid with a new toy. I should start my new routine tomorrow, its base on the 'hardcore hanging' idea

However my weights my not seem as extreme as soom but have taken a long break period so i want to be safe.

(Bare in mind i have not hung for about 3/4months im starting over again)
