aint Penis Enlargemented since thursday as i was at a friends friday and went paintballing saterday. Well enough of the excuses today i will try and get some manual streching in and hanging. Also i was watching some adult entertainment yesterday and my dick looked quite abit bigger, not in girth but EL. I was quite shocked, but it seems my hanging might be working. Anyway i didnt measure because i want to wait till my measuring day. will post my routine later.

Gonna move upto 7.5 lbs in 1 week but with only one rep.

Also ive planned out my life long Penis Enlargement plan....

1. Just hanging/streching till i get to 7"bp (the odd girth routine)

2.Increase girth to 6" (the odd hanging/streching routine)

3.Increase length to 8"bp (the odd girth routine)

4. Increase head size to i feel happy with it.

5. do any "tuning" on my dick e.g making my dick have the 'bar' down the middle

My flaccid length after streching was 4.25" look class, im normally bout 3.5" but it was only temp.
 
another GREAT routine, maybe not as good as last night but good non the less should see some good gains if i keep goin like this. I went to the options and started a contact lense trial so i got the day of college:cool: this ment i had more free time. Well anyway heres my routine.....

Took wensday off as my dick was quite saw from the days before, but also took today off cus of lazyness:( . But i know this isnt the attitude i want if im to acheive my gains, so im going to set out a routine for me to do over Friday,Saterday and Sunday. Here it is....

Brought some more 1lbs weights. Going to only move up to 6lbs as i tried it for abit and its a good stretch. Also found out my lot which is at 8:30 so il do a mix of lig and tuncia work. Will post routine later.

I love doing morning and evening routines, you don't get burned out on it and plus you can do a helluva lot more! I love it when I manage 3 or 4 sets in the morning and evening. I get a big feeling of accomplishment. In fact, I think I'll hang tonight.

Yea i know what you mean, although i don't hang as much as you i can still do alot more than i could just doing one giant routine.
 
Well im booking a holiday with my mates for next August so thats the date im going to det for my overall size at 8x6. I think i should make it with some good old hard work, well anyway heres todays routine......

Well i brought a new longer ruler today and measured for this month. The results with my new ruler are smaller than with my old one but i will use the new ruler results so i dont feel im cheating myself. Im only measuring length at the mo and girth will start when i hit 7".

EL: now at 6.25" gain of 0.15
[words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words]: new to measuring this but it used to hang around 3.5" most days now it mostly hangs at 3.75" so maybe a gain of .25"

I will see how the Penis Enlargementing goes before i measure again, if i get in some good solid workouts then it will be in a months time. If its like this month and not much Penis Enlargement is done then it will be longer.
 
Going off on those squat stretches, eh?! How's everything going for you? Good, I hope, I'm just now getting back into manual exercises, so I'll be doing plenty of those as well!

Things are going great, so far the workouts are going good and im not skipping any. As far as the squat stretch, its great i love it to bits. Because i carnt do A-stretchs i feel there the next best thing for intensity.

I can't really do A-Stretches with my wrist, so I use the back of a chair or a mechanical tooth brush (just what i had lying around and didn't need to use it again), works pretty well. I still love the squat stretches though! :D

Seems im losing my marbles, the last three workouts ive done and said i have done 500 wet jelqs well i ment 250.:P

Anyway im gonna measure my girth and stretched flaccid length later today so i can enter the comp.

Half way through the month and i have kept from measuring EL + EG, my flaccid hang i had a quick measure off and its lookin good but im not taking any offical measurments yet.

So far i have had 11/15 workouts and i feel that its going great, im hoping for nice results this month.
